
Day 4: Noticing Sounds
This meditation invites you to open your awareness to the sounds around you, noticing how they arise and pass away on their own. Beginning from a place of stillness, you’ll allow listening to happen naturally, without needing to focus on any one sound in particular. By resting in this open awareness, the practice can support a sense of ease and clarity. Sounds are simply received as they are, without resistance, helping you remain present with what is unfolding moment to moment. This meditation is part of a 30-day series designed to support a consistent daily practice, whether you are new to meditation or returning again.
