The water comes in,

Take a deep breath in and feel the waves gently connecting with your feet.
And with every exhale,
As the water pulls back,
It takes attention or heaviness with it.
Breathe in,
The waves touch your feet,
The waves pull away,
Taking away anything that no longer serves you.
And let this rhythm anchor you,
Feel the sand supporting you,
Feel the sea connecting you,
Feel your breath grounding you.
Inhale calm,
Exhale release.
And let yourself sink a little deeper into this moment,
As if the sand is holding you,
Not just physically,
But emotionally too.
You don't need to do anything right now,
But be here in this moment.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Notice how your body feels now,
The steady ebb and flow of the sea,
The connection between your breath and the waves.
Let that connection remind you,
Just as the sea comes and goes,
So do thoughts,
Emotions,
Grounded.
Feel the wave and a long,

Deep breath out.
