Welcome night.

Sit up straight with your legs uncrossed and breathe.

Use your stomach and breathe.

Feel the light and the space that surrounds you and breathe more deeply.

Now take your time to focus your attention on your heart and breathe from your heart.

If it helps to touch it,

Touch your heart and breathe slower and deeper.

Inhale the field,

Inhale divine sparks.

And when you exhale,

Let go of your day.

Pay attention to the breathing of the heart.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Relax and release.

Feel how the heart opens and how it gets bigger and bigger and how it pulses and radiates out.

And feel gratitude.

Now get out of your body and observe the behaviors you had today and the emotions corrected or that you are correcting.

What were your wins?

What battles have you won?

Who are you becoming?

And how,

As you review your day,

Think all your experiences and all the people who crossed your path.

Finally,

Connect with the divine light and bless everything.

Emulate the light and love of the Creator.

Emulate love and become a source of love.

And sleep in peace.

And rest.

Dive into the night and rest.
