Welcome,

Dear soul.

Sit down and rest for a short while.

Let my voice and the sound of the singing bowl guide you along the path of peace.

Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and slowly release it.

Feel your breath slowing down.

Feel the air as it moves through your nose into your lungs and as it leaves your body softly through your mouth.

Breathe slowly,

Gently.

With every inhale,

Fresh energy flows through your body.

With every exhale,

Tension slowly fades away.

Just breathe.

Feel the air flowing from your head down to your toes,

As if it travels not only through your lungs but through every cell of your being.

Gently relax your body,

Your head,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your stomach and your legs.

With each breath,

Release what no longer serves you.

Let peace replace the tension.

You become lighter,

Calmer.

You are doing well.

You are safe.

You are at peace.

Now imagine yourself standing in a quiet meadow.

The world around you is calm and still.

A soft breeze touches your skin,

Playing gently with your hair.

There is peace.

Upon,

Slow white clouds drift across the sky.

They are in no hurry.

Everything can wait.

Each breath,

Each heartbeat floats away with the wind and the clouds.

In this distance,

You see a mountain.

The clouds embrace it,

Yet cannot move it.

It radiates calm from its steep slopes and its snow-covered peak.

It is deep and high at once.

Even from afar,

You can feel its strength and its serenity.

On one of its plateaus,

A tiny point of golden light appears,

Like a campfire glowing warmly.

It comforts you and it calls you.

You feel your soul drawn to it.

A soft current begins to pull you toward the mountain.

Though it seems far away,

It feels close.

And as you look down,

You notice a beam of light connecting your chest to that glowing point.

This is your place.

Your point of peace.

The place that protects,

Restores you.

Now you stand upon the plateau.

Before you,

The point of light has become a golden sphere,

Swirling and pulsing softly.

Its light grows brighter,

Flowing into your chest,

Filling you with warmth.

The sphere slowly fades,

And in its place an ancient stone bench appears,

Carved from the mountain itself.

It calls you,

As if you sat here before.

Maybe not here,

Not like this,

But your soul remembers it.

This is the seed of your inner peace.

The place of clear awareness,

Where everything meets as one.

As you sit down,

Feel the strength of the stone beneath you.

The power of the rock,

Of the mountain itself.

Feel the play of the wind.

The cool mist of the clouds upon your face.

The warmth of the healing sun.

Everything feels familiar.

You've been here before.

You've felt this calm,

This peace.

You feel the golden light pulsing with your chest,

Surrounding your heart,

Your soul,

Your whole being.

This is where everything begins.

And where you can always return,

Whenever you need to.

The mountain's strength calms you.

The clouds and the wind renew you.

The golden light protects you.

This is your mountain,

And everything around it is you.

Now,

It's time to return.

Before you leave,

Take one last look around.

Feel the wind,

Feel the sun.

Take a deep,

Cleansing breath in through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Gently move your fingers,

Your feet,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your head.

Breathe slowly,

Deeply.

When you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

The world around you feels lighter now.

The wind will touch you gently.

Your strength will rise from within,

Reaching toward the sky.

Feel it all,

From this moment on.
