A Prayer To Forgive

Dear Angels,

Divine Guides,

I come to you with a heavy heart,

Seeking your light and guidance.

I recognize the pain that has been caused by others,

And I acknowledge the hurt I carry within me.

Today,

I choose to release this burden and embrace the healing power of forgiveness.

Help me to see those who have caused me pain,

Through eyes of compassion and understanding.

Give me the strength to forgive,

So my heart may be freed from the weight of resentment and the pain of sorrow.

Help me to understand that forgiveness isn't only for others,

But a gift I offer myself.

A release that lets my spirit be free.

As I let go of anger and embrace love,

I open myself to the beauty of empathy.

May I remind myself that we are all ever-evolving,

Learning from every step we take.

Allow my heart to be filled with kindness,

Even when it's difficult.

May my heart be open to kindness,

Even in difficult times.

And may I extend grace to those who have hurt me.

With each breath,

I release the past and invite in peace.

I am ready to move forward,

Unburdened and renewed.
