Find a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes.

And begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhaling deeply through your nose.

And exhaling slowly through your mouth.

As you continue to breathe deeply.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a tranquil forest.

You can feel the warmth of the morning sun on your skin.

And you can hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping in the distance.

Now visualize a beautiful waterfall.

Gently pouring down.

From the lush green mountainside ahead of you.

Picture the water shimmering in the sunlight.

As it flows gracefully down into a crystal clear pool below.

With each inhale imagine yourself drawing in the pure revitalizing energy of the waterfall.

Feel this energy filling your body with light and positivity.

Washing away any tension or negativity you may be carrying.

As you exhale release any stress or worries.

Allowing them to be carried away by the gentle flow of the waterfall.

Feel yourself becoming lighter and more relaxed with each breath.
