It's just you and your breath.

Find a comfortable position.

Let your spine lengthen gently.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

This is your moment to listen,

Not to the world,

But to your own wisdom.

Today's reset will help you reconnect with your inner knowing,

The calm voice beneath the pressure.

Place your hand gently on your heart.

You've been caring a lot,

Making decisions,

Holding space,

Getting things done.

But when was the last time you simply listen?

Breathe here into the warmth of your own chest.

Let your body know it's safe to rest.

And now ask yourself softly,

What could my calmest self choose right now?

Don't force an answer.

Sit with the question.

Let it echo.

Maybe a whisper comes.

Maybe it doesn't.

But the space you have created,

That silence,

Is clarity,

Already returning.

You don't have to figure everything out.

You just need to keep showing up to this place.
