Come down from the head. Land in the body. Notice what’s tight. Notice what’s tired. You don’t need to fix it—just feel it. Scan from head to toe. Let one place soften. Just 1%. Just for a breath. Ask yourself: “Where am I holding what I haven’t named?”

Before we begin,

Take a moment to land,

Sit or stand in a way that feels stable.

Maybe place your feet flat on the ground,

Or press your back gently into a chair.

Today's reset is about reconnecting with your body,

The one that carries you,

Even when your mind is overwhelmed.

You don't need to force relaxation.

Let yourself arrive.

When you are ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Right now,

Just notice,

How are you actually feeling?

You don't have to name it.

Just feel the weight of being here.

Notice your feet on the floor,

Your hips in the chair,

Your hands resting.

We will do a simple check-in.

I will name the body parts.

You simply notice,

Without judgment.

Start at the top of your head,

The forehead,

Jaw.

Is there tension?

Can you soften by 5%?

Move to your neck and shoulders.

Are you holding something here?

Breathe into it.

Let it know you are listening.

Now your chest,

Your belly.

Noticing,

Not fixing.

Your legs,

Ankles,

Feet.

What part of you is asking to be seen today?

Maybe nothing speaks,

And that's ok.

This isn't about solving your stress right away.

It's about reconnecting with the parts of you that hold it all.

You are already doing enough,

Just by being here.

Tomorrow,

We will connect with the part of you that always knows what's next.

Your heart.
