Explore MeditationMai Lan Khong is a writer, entrepreneur, and meditation teacher whose work is shaped by an unconventional path—from growing up in a small village in Vietnam to traveling the world, writing books, and building startups. Her journey with meditation began during a personal turning point, when she lost her first job and turned inward to find clarity. What started as a way to stay afloat became a lifelong foundation for resilience and growth, guiding her through world travel, authorship, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and burnout recovery. Mai Lan has trained with The Chopra Center, the Institute of Integrative Medicine, and the Transcendental Meditation Organization, and has studied yoga in India. She draws from both scientific and spiritual traditions, as well as her lived experience navigating high-pressure environments. Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: clarity and calm are not luxuries, but essentials for creating a meaningful, sustainable life.
