Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

This time is yours,

A chance to reconnect with yourself and cultivate a sense of love and trust within your body.

Begin by taking a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Release any tension you may be holding onto.

Now gently place one hand on your heart and the other on your lower belly.

These are two sacred centers of your body,

The heart and the gut.

Your heart is the source of love,

Compassion,

And emotional connection,

While your gut is the seat of your intuition and inner wisdom.

Together,

They guide us through life,

Helping us love deeply and trust ourselves fully.

As you breathe deeply into these areas,

Feel the warmth of your hands and the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Begin by focusing on your heart.

With each inhale,

Feel your chest expand beneath your hand,

And with each exhale,

Let it soften.

As you connect with your heart center,

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am a source of love.

Feel these words flow into your heart,

Filling it with radiant warm energy like the comforting sensation of sunlight on your skin.

Imagine this energy spreading throughout your entire body,

Nourishing every cell.

Now gently shift your awareness to your lower belly,

The home of your intuition.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath beneath your hand.

This is where your body communicates in ways beyond words,

Offering you profound insights and understanding.

As you breathe into this space,

Repeat silently to yourself,

I trust my inner wisdom.

Feel these words resonate within your gut,

Amplifying the warm energy you've cultivated.

Gently release your hands and wrap your arms around yourself,

Placing each hand on opposite shoulder.
