Hello friend and welcome to this morning meditation of confidence.
Take a moment to arrive exactly as you are.
There is nothing you need to force this morning.
Nothing you need to prove.
This is simply.
A few minutes to remember.
Your own strength.
Your own steadiness.
And your ability to meet this day.
With confidence.
Let the body settle.
And just allow your hands to rest somewhere comfortable.
And when you're ready.
Gently.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in.
And let it go.
Again,
Breathing in.
.
.
And breathing out.
.
.
Let this morning come to meet you.
Not as pressure,
Not as a list of demands.
But as a fresh beginning.
A new day.
A new chance.
A brand new moment to trust yourself.
A little more.
Begin to notice the natural rhythm of your breathing you do not need to change it too much,
Just becoming aware of it.
The breath coming in,
And the breath leaving.
The body receiving the morning.
Than mine.
Gradually.
Becoming clearer now.
As you breathe in.
Silently say to yourself,
I am here.
As you breathe out.
I can meet this day.
Breathing in,
I am here.
Breathing out,
I can meet this day.
Let those words just gently land.
In a simple way,
Not as anything dramatic.
Not as something you even have to believe perfectly.
Just.
.
.
As a steady reminder.
A reminder that you are here and you can do it.
Can meet this day.
Sometimes.
Confidences.
Misunderstood.
We think it means never feeling unsure,
Never making mistakes,
And… never having any difficult moments.
But my friend,
Real confidence is much kinder than that.
Real confidence is the quiet willingness to keep on showing up.
To take the next step.
To learn as you go.
To trust that,
Even if something does not go exactly to plan.
You are still very much capable.
So this morning,
And throughout today.
Allow confidence to be simple.
Not loud or forced.
And not pretending that everything is easy.
Just as a grounded feeling.
Within you.
That says.
Whatever today brings.
I will meet it.
One.
Step at a time.
Bring your attention now to the centre of your chest.
The heart space.
You do not need to feel anything special here,
Just relax.
Notice this area of the body.
Imagine the breath moving gently in,
And out.
Through the heart.
Breathing in.
Receiving steadiness.
Breathing out.
.
.
Releasing.
Doubt.
Breathing in.
Receiving courage.
Breathing out.
Releasing pressure.
Breathing in.
Receiving trust.
Breathing out.
Releasing the need to know everything in advance.
Now picture the day ahead of you.
Not in every tiny detail,
Just the feeling of stepping into your day.
Maybe there are things you are looking forward to.
Maybe there are things that you need to handle.
And maybe there are a few.
Unknowns.
Whatever there is.
See yourself meeting the day with a calm confidence.
Not rushing ahead and not shrinking back.
Simply walking into the day.
As yourself.
Imagine yourself moving through the morning with a little more faith in.
Who you are.
Because you speak with clarity.
Listen.
With presence.
You make decisions with care.
You allow yourself.
To be human.
And if something changes.
Then you adjust if something is delayed.
You breathe.
If something challenges you,
You respond with grace.
Grace does not mean everything feels easy.
It means you do not abandon yourself when things become difficult.
Grace means you pause before reacting.
You remember your values.
You return.
To your breath.
And you choose the next.
Right step.
Now bring to mind.
One obstacle,
Task or uncertainty.
That you may be carrying into this day ahead.
Only choose one.
Something small or.
.
.
Something important.
Notice it without making it bigger than it needs to be.
Imagine placing this situation in front of you.
Not above you,
Not all around you,
Just above.
In front of you.
As something you can approach.
Something you can work with.
And something you do not have to solve all at once.
Take a breath in… I have what I need for the next step.
Breath out.
I do not need to do everything at once.
Breath in.
.
.
I have what I need for the next step.
Breath out,
I can move with patience and with grace.
Let your shoulders relax a little and your jaw loosen.
Allowing your forehead to rest.
You,
My friend,
Are allowed to begin this day without carrying yesterday's worries as proof of what today will be.
Today is not asking you to be perfect.
.
.
Today is asking you to be present.
To be willing.
Most importantly to be kind to yourself.
As you move through it.
Now imagine.
A warm morning light around you.
Soft sunlight,
Fresh air.
A new sense of possibility.
Let that light represent your own confidence.
Not as something outside you.
But it's already within you.
Becoming easier.
And easier.
To feel.
With each breath,
Imagine that light growing steadier and steadier.
In your chest.
Your stomach.
In your hands,
In your face.
And in the way you hold yourself.
This is the confidence of knowing you have already made it through so,
So much.
You have learned.
You have adapted.
You have begun again many times.
And you can begin fresh again today.
Now repeat.
Silently.
After me.
I trust myself today.
I am capable of taking the next step.
I can meet challenges with a calm and grace.
I do not need to be perfect to be powerful.
I am allowed.
To believe in myself.
This day can unfold well for me.
Now take a deep breath in.
And a slow breath out.
Feeling the support beneath you.
The steadiness of the body.
Why it?
Rhythm of the breath.
The simple fact.
That you are here.
Ready.
Enough for this day.
Not because everything is certain but because confidence grows when you choose to meet life.
Just as you are.
As this practice comes to a close.
Set one simple intention for your day.
It may be,
Today I will trust myself,
Or today I will move with grace.
Or maybe today I will take things just one step at a time.
Choose words that feel right for you today.
And hold that intention.
In your heart.
Let it be simple.
And friendly.
Let it be something you can return to in the day.
If it becomes busy.
Now just take one,
Final slow breath in.
Filling the body with.
Mourning,
Energy and vitality.
And.
.
.
Breathe out.
Arriving now,
Fully into your day.
Noticing the room around you.
The sounds nearby.
The air on your skin and the surface beneath you.
You might like to gently move your fingers and toes or give your shoulders a nice roll and when you were ready.
Open your eyes.
Carrying this with you.
You are capable.
You are steady.
And you can meet this day with confidence,
Faith and grace.
Thank you for practicing with me today.
May your morning be well.
And have a beautiful rest of your day.
Go in peace.
Namaste.
