Settle into stillness,

Letting the ground beneath you hold and support your entire body.

Close your eyes gently and take a slow,

Deep breath.

Feel the rhythm of your breath as it naturally flows in and out,

As you draw in calm and let go of tension.

Breathe in deeply,

Filling your lungs with fresh,

Soothing air,

And as you exhale,

Let go of any weight you may be carrying.

Feel your body softening,

Your muscles loosening,

As you give yourself full permission to be here,

Now.

With your awareness on your breath,

Notice its gentle rhythm,

Like waves rolling in and out along the shore.

Allow your inhales to grow a little deeper,

And your exhales a little slower.

With each breath,

You are sinking further into relaxation,

And further into calm.

As you breathe,

Begin to bring your awareness to your body.

Imagine a warm,

Gentle light at the top of your head.

With each inhale,

This light spreads softly,

Flowing down your head,

Soothing your temples,

Relaxing your jaw.

Let it move down,

Easing tension from your neck and shoulders,

Softening the muscles with a gentle,

Healing warmth.

Feel the light continue its journey down your arms,

Through your elbows and wrists,

All the way to your fingertips.

Each breath guides the light lower,

Down through your chest,

Where it settles warmly around your heart,

Filling you with peace.

It flows through your abdomen,

The light now moves through your hips,

Down your thighs,

Relaxing your knees,

Calves,

And ankles.

Finally,

It reaches the soles of your feet,

Take a deep breath,
