Greetings and welcome to today's meditation from the Octopus Meditation Series.

The Art of Regeneration.

Reclaiming What Was Lost.

Take a moment just to settle yourself.

Settle into the stillness.

Allow your eyes to close and your breath to slow.

Visualize yourself in a warm,

Protective,

Underwater cave.

Surrounded by soft,

Glowing light.

Here,

You meet the octopus once again.

An ancient being of incredible resilience.

Enormous intelligence.

You notice that one of his arms has been lost.

Yet already,

Tiny new growth begins to emerge.

This,

Dear one,

Is your lesson for today.

The Art of Regeneration.

Gently place one hand over your heart or belly,

If it feels right and safe to do so.

Bring to mind something you feel has been lost within you.

Perhaps a sense of trust or confidence.

Maybe it's joy or hope.

With kindness,

Invite the part of you that has been grieving this loss to step forward.

No pressure.

This is just a gentle invitation.

One that can be refused.

Or it can be embraced.

As this part peers,

The octopus slowly wraps its arms around it.

Offering the energy of regrowth.

Feel it.

See if you can accept it.

Breathe deeply,

Allowing yourself to soften into this healing space.

Into its healing embrace.

Visualize the octopus sharing its regenerative power with you.

What are you noticing?

Can you feel this energy flowing through your body?

Soft and tingling.

Warm and inviting.

Inviting new growth exactly where you've been needing it the most.

Imagine now that this missing part of yourself,

Whether it's joy or clarity or strength,

Is now returning.

Like a tender new arm emerging from within.

Let yourself feel the wonder of this miracle.

Remember that your body,

Your heart,

And your spirit know how to heal.

They have this ancient knowledge.

Breathe into this space,

Visualizing the regrowth as it becomes stronger,

More vibrant,

More alive.

Feel it.

Allow it to go through your body from your head top to your foot bottom.

Allow it to surround you and to fill you,

To nourish you.

Yeah.

Right there.

Right there.

Take it in.

Take it all in.

Inhale.

Wait.

Welcoming the energy of renewal.

Awakening those things that felt dormant and sleeping.

Allowing it to just be.

Feel it.

Exhale,

Releasing old patterns that have kept you stuck.

Just take a moment,

Just to notice what you're noticing inside of your body.

What is it making you aware of?

When it feels right.

And when things feel complete.

Thank the octopus for this gift.

This powerful gift of regeneration.

For reminding you that your body possesses ancient knowledge,

Ancient wisdom.

And that it's available for you at any time.

Begin to slowly return to your body,

Carrying this new sense of possibility with you.

And when you're ready,

Feel your feet on the floor.

And the support in your back.

And open your eyes.

Thank you so much for tuning in.

Bye-bye for now.
