In this track,

I will be guiding you through a series of affirmations.

I invite you to join me in saying these affirmations,

Either out loud or in your mind,

Whatever feels right for you.

You can use this while driving in your car,

Traveling on public transit,

Or in the comfort of your own home.

I invite you to bring all your awareness into this present moment and take a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath,

Setting all your worries and thoughts aside for a few moments.

I am beautiful.

I am beautiful inside and out.

I allow my light to radiate.

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

I am worthy of all of my heart's desires.

I trust myself.

I allow my intuition to guide me.

I trust the wisdom coming from my intuition.

I give myself grace.

I am abundant.

I allow energy to flow through me with ease.
