Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.

This meditation is intended to be used while you're driving in the car.

We often don't take the time that we need to check in with ourselves,

So this is an opportunity for you to check in with yourself on all levels and provide yourself that support that you're needing without judgment.

So with that,

I invite you to bring all your awareness into this present moment.

Notice the seat that's supporting you and remember to always stay alert and focused on the road and your surroundings.

If at any point you become too relaxed,

Please turn this off and save it for another time.

Become aware of your breath and see if you can extend the length of your inhale and exhale,

Allowing the breath to move freely and easily,

Witnessing the breath without judgment and relaxing while staying focused on the road.

Bring your awareness to your face,

Relaxing the space between your eyebrows,

Letting go of the tension here,

Relaxing your jaw,

Allowing the tongue to fill the entire lower palate and relaxing all the way down to the base of the tongue,

Bringing a slight smile to your mouth,

Moving your awareness into your neck and upper shoulders.

How is this area feeling?

See if you can allow the tension to melt away with each exhale like an ice cube melting,

Bringing your awareness into your arms and hands.

Notice if you feel any sensation in the palms of your hands,

Releasing any tension in your hands,

Bringing your awareness to your heart center,

Imagine a smile moving through your heart and chest,

Moving down into your abdomen and lower back,

Releasing in the tension in your abdomen with each inhale,

Allowing your belly to become soft.

Moving into the pelvis,

Feeling the seat supporting you,

Relaxing a little deeper while remaining alert and focused on the road.

Notice the position of your legs and feet.

Can you feel any sensations on the bottom of your soles?

Bringing an awareness to your entire body while observing yourself driving,

Again without judgment,

Take inventory of how your body is feeling in this moment.

Is there pain or tightness?

Does it feel relaxed?

How can you better support your body today?

Is there anything that it's needing?

Tune in to your emotional and mental self.

How are you feeling mentally and emotionally in this moment?

Is there anything that you're needing mentally or emotionally to feel more supported or relaxed?

And see if you can tap into your energetic body,

The energy in your body and that's surrounding you.

How is your energy feeling?

Does it feel heavy or light?

Expanded or depleted?

Is there anything that you're needing on the energetic level to support you more?

Let's take a moment to honor ourselves for what we witnessed today,

Without judgment,

For taking the time to tune in to ourselves.

Maybe these few minutes is the only time we have to offer for ourselves today in terms of self-care and know that that is enough.

You are doing an amazing job.

Is there anyone that you can ask for support because you don't have to do this alone?

We want you to know that you are not alone.

You are amazing and you are loved.
