Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.

This meditation is intended to use on your drive to work.

So I invite you to bring all your awareness into this present moment.

Ensure you stay alert at all times and if you feel too relaxed,

Please turn this off and save it for another time.

Become aware of your breath and notice the seat that's supporting you.

See if you can increase the length of your inhale and exhale,

Allowing each exhale to relax your body a little bit deeper.

You can use your inhale to fill you with alert awareness and your exhale to relax and let go.

Continue to maintain awareness of the road and your surroundings.

Bring your awareness to your head.

Notice if there's any tension in your face or jaw.

Letting go of the space between your eyebrows.

Relaxing your tongue all the way down to the root of it.

Bringing a slight smile to your lips.

Moving down to your neck.

Seeing if you can breathe into this area.

Letting go of the tension with each exhale,

Allowing it to melt away.

Not trying to push away the tension,

Just noticing it if it's present.

Moving down to your heart space.

Breathing into your heart and chest.

Filling up with alert awareness and alightness.

Expanding your heart area.

Bring your awareness to your arms and your hands.

Notice if they're tight or if they're more relaxed.

See if you can let go a little bit and hold the steering wheel in a relaxed yet firm grip.

Continue to stay alert of your surroundings and the road.

Bring your awareness to your abdomen and see if you can soften your abdomen with your inhale.

Relaxing the tension in your stomach and lower back.

And moving down into your pelvis.

Notice the seat supporting you.

Become aware of your legs and feet.

Can your legs be in a more relaxed and easeful position?

See if you can notice the sensation in the bottom of your feet.

And now bring an awareness to your entire body while staying focused on the road.

Notice how your nervous system has become more relaxed along with your body.

Think about the type of person you want to be when you show up at work today.

How do you want to show up in the world?

How do you want people to remember you by?

See yourself showing up with those qualities and see your day going very easeful.

Everything falls into place and goes smoothly.

You communicate well with others.

If you work with other people,

Notice how everyone works well as a team.

Visualize everything going smoothly,

Efficiently and effectively.

And what would it feel like if everyone got along well?

Notice that feeling of ease and joy and gratitude.

And when you arrive at work safely today,

Have a moment of gratitude for yourself,

For arriving safely.

And remember,

You get to choose how you show up in the world.

So be aware of what you are choosing today.

Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.
