Welcome.

Please find a comfortable seated position.

Let your spine grow tall,

Your shoulders relax,

And your eyes soften or close,

Whichever feels most comfortable.

Now gently place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Let us begin connecting with our breath.

Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale slowly through your nose,

Noticing your chest rise,

And exhale gently through your mouth,

Noticing your chest deflate.

Allow yourself to arrive fully in this new day.

With every inhale,

Breathe in presence.

With every exhale,

Release the grip of yesterday.

Now I want you to bring to mind three things you're grateful for.

Not just thoughts,

But also feelings.

Let the energy of gratitude move into your body.

Where do you feel it most?

Maybe it's a warmth in the chest,

A lightness in the face,

A softening of the belly.

Let it expand.

Bring to mind three things you're grateful for and say silently,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Let your body memorize what gratitude feels like.

Now,

Let's begin to visualize the day ahead.

Not just what you'll do,

But how you want to feel.

Picture yourself moving through your day with ease,

Grounded,

And magnetic.

Where are you going?

Who are you meeting?

What words are you using?

Are you speaking?

See yourself embodying calm confidence.

Feel your feet firmly on the ground,

Your voice steady,

Your smile genuine.

Allow all five senses to come online.

Now anchor into the emotional frequency you want to carry today.

Is it joy,

Focus,

Openness?

Let that energy move through your entire body.

And when you're ready,

Whisper inwardly,

Universe,

Show me where to go,

What to say,

And who to say it to.

Repeat it again if you'd like.

Universe,

Show me where to go,

Feel the trust,

The openness,

The readiness,

The support.

Remember,

You are divinely protected and supported,

And everything is happening for you and not to you.

Take a deep breath in,

And a slow breath out.

Begin to bring awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Roll your shoulders,

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this energy with you.

You are grounded,

You are guided,

And this day is yours to co-create.
