Welcome to the sleep meditation.

This is your time to rest,

To reflect,

And to reconnect with yourself and the visions you're consciously manifesting.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying down,

With your body fully supported.

Let your arms rest gently at your sides,

And softly close your eyes.

We'll begin with some gentle breath work to signal to your body and mind that it's safe to relax.

You'll be inhaling for a count of four,

And exhaling for a count of six.

But first,

Take a moment to notice how your breath naturally moves.

Feel how your chest rises with each inhale,

And gently falls with each exhale.

Rises with each inhale,

And gently falls with each exhale.

Now let's begin a round of three intentional breaths.

Inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4,

And exhale for 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Again,

Inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4,

And exhale for 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Inhale for 1,

2,

3,

4,

And exhale for 6,

1.

Feel your body begin to soften as your nervous system starts to settle.

Let your breath return to a natural rhythm now,

Slow and effortless.

Before we guide the body into deep rest,

Take a moment to gently reflect on your day.

Don't force the answers.

Just try to notice what comes up without judgment.

Let's begin.

How did I show up today?

Where did I lead with love?

Where could I have softened,

Paused,

Or been more present?

What did I learn?

How can I be better,

Do better,

Live more aligned tomorrow?

Again,

Don't try to force the answers.

The goal is to create space for whatever answer that wants to arise to arise.

Now,

Take a moment and offer yourself grace.

Whatever the day brought,

It is now complete.

With your next exhale,

Begin to release it.

Release the interactions,

The thoughts,

The emotions.

Let the day melt from your body as we move into relaxation through progressive body relaxation.

Let's begin to relax the body from your crown to your toes.

Imagine a warm,

Gentle wave of light beginning at the top of your head.

Allow it to melt through your scalp,

Your forehead,

Your eyes,

Releasing all expression from your face.

Now,

Let it drift down your neck and shoulders.

We tend to carry a lot of tension around this area,

So feel the weight melt away.

Down through your arms,

Elbows,

Wrists,

And fingertips.

Now,

Allow that soft light to flow through your chest,

Your heart,

Your back.

Let your belly rise and fall naturally with your breath.

Let this wave continue down into your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

And feet,

All the way to your toes.

Your whole body is now relaxed,

Supported,

And still,

And is ready for subconscious alignment.

Place one hand over your heart and the other over your belly.

Let's call in the vision you are consciously manifesting.

You don't need to force it,

Just gently bring the feeling of it into your body.

Not the outcome,

But the energy of having it in your physical realm.

Feel it move through you like a quiet current,

A knowing,

A readiness.

As you sleep tonight,

Your subconscious will work in harmony with that vision.

Your body will restore,

Your mind will align,

Your energy will recalibrate.

Feel the energy of having it in your physical realm,

And allow it to move through you like a quiet current.

Now,

Imagine moonlight gently streaming in,

Touching your skin with peace.

Let it pour over you like a silvery blanket,

Soothing and sacred.

Whisper inwardly,

As I sleep,

May the universe inspire me through my dreams.

I am open to receiving wisdom,

Clarity,

And creative insight.

Let these words echo deep within you,

Planting seeds in your subconscious garden.

There is nothing more for you to do.

You've reflected,

You've released,

You've realigned.

Allow your breath to flow naturally.

You are safe,

You are supported,

You are loved.

Sleep well,

And let the night carry you home to yourself.
