Tantra is called the Royal path, Yoga is called the warrior path. Both reach enlightenment through the exact opposite path. Yoga teaches discipline, tantra teaches to bless it all good and bad. Tantra is the royal way, the king does not go to war. Let us explore this concept together, In this little guided talk/contemplation, we are going to surrender and appreciate the flow and state in which we are now.

Hello,

My beautiful beings.

Welcome to my temple.

Let's take a deep breath in and out,

Just to connect within.

How beautiful is?

When we surrender,

Sometimes it's like we are in a race.

We are not happy,

Or maybe we shift from up and down.

Our energy is pulsating inside of us and we act,

We do action due to this unsettled energy inside of you.

Inhale and exhale.

This energy is warm and it tells you that it's all ok.

Life is just like watching a movie,

Everything there is happening we created somehow.

No matter how the circumstances are,

Know that this is just a game.

Life is,

Life contains in itself the both opposition.

Life is intricate,

You are intricate,

Everything is sacred,

Geometry and patterns.

Every flowy,

Following things.

And yet it's so simple.

Yet it's so simple.

What really matters is,

We want to create heaven around us.

But to create heaven outside we need to kind of create the inside first.

It's difficult at times because as I said it's a show that goes around you and you get to choose to interact with it or not and how.

We should always bless the things around us.

Every action should be blessed.

Which simply means taking a deep breath in and being aware of what you are doing and you bless it.

There will be a lot of forces that will try and get you caught up in the drama.

Those forces itself are illusions.

We are perfectly fine where we are now.

Just remember us staying with yourself.

Detached from the show.

Speak to God.

Take long time to connect with it.

Imagine here right now if you inhale with me.

Let go of the mind on whatever story it's telling you.

Focus on your feelings.

Inhale and exhale.

You have the ability to feel in harmony with the world.

You are just there where you are meant to be.

Thriving and going through life like water.

Never fear to explore.

Never fear to get lost in understanding who you are.

Because you are a very very special thing.

In here,

In this moment that you give to yourself,

You connect with Source.

You understand that your being is Divine Creation.

Your hands affect the world around you.

Your eyes,

The way you look at things,

Affect your mind.

Mental health.

Your heart radiates something you know.

When you introduce yourself to people you say I am.

You put your hand on your heart because there is an essence that comes out of the heart.

Is your essence that shines?

Is a warmth that can be perceived?

Inhale and exhale.

Tantra says there is nothing to fight.

You just want to learn how to become in harmony.

You want to float.

You want to move like branches of the tree in the wind.

Like water.

Fall like snow or rain.

Yoga teaches you how to go there with discipline.

That is called the warrior path.

Tantra says we are Divine and there is a royal way.

Yoga said you have to constantly be in a fight.

If you are not disciplined,

If you are not always positive,

You have to eat healthy and do poses.

Tantra says everything is welcome.

Then you automatically have it.

You have the enlightenment that you look for.

Just realizing that everything is meant to be and you are beautiful and you are just trying to become more in harmony.

Tantra said when you realize there is nothing to fight,

You automatically are more in harmony.

So tantra says that is the royal way.

The royal way is easy and is by blessing every moment.

And things that no longer serve you will just fall away from you.

You will one day quit coffee or you will want to get up at 6 o'clock in the morning and eat all vegan and be perfect.

But tantra says we don't deny anything because this life is made of darkness and light and we can all deny or fight the presence of one or the other.

It's a natural balance.

It's an harmonic balance that come out like that.

And no matter how long it will take you to find this balance,

This harmony,

If you bless every moment and you accept it all for what it is,

You will end up infusing it with love.

One thing that scientifically is proven is that a minute of focus of your mind is very powerful.

So imagine all the thought that we do and the fight that we create in our head.

That we are not doing this or that and therefore excuses and things.

We criticize others and the environment.

Everything comes from you.

Tantra is saying accept it all and just find a way to bless every moment.

And then eventually it will fall into pieces,

Harmonically and naturally.

Tantra doesn't want suppression.

So today just breathe.

We bless and accept everything as it is.

And we are just looking for that harmony.

A soul that moves to the matrix,

Being the light.

Tantra wants you to be actually quite selfish at times.

I tell you,

Don't go out of your way to help people because your very being,

Your very presence will be healing.

The people will come and look for you.

You don't need to go out there.

Sometimes we want to be liked or always approved or we seek validation.

And tantra says you don't need validation because when you are natural,

When you are harmonic in harmony,

You attract everything you need.

Isn't that beautiful thinking that right now,

Imperfect as you are,

You are reaching the highest of your divinity.

Sometimes you can bless it all and still find the magic to live,

To experience,

To flow.

By changing your inside,

You change your outside.

Well,

Now I leave you,

Now I leave you so you can contemplate the rest of your evening to find the blessed place within you.
