Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Begin by taking a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh energising air,

And exhale slowly.

Releasing any tension or stress you may be holding onto.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment,

Letting go of any thoughts about the past or future.

Now,

Let's set the tone for your day with some positive affirmations.

Repeat after me,

Either silently or out loud.

I am grateful for this gift of this new day.

I welcome the opportunities it brings.

I am filled with energy and vitality.

I am ready to embrace the day ahead with enthusiasm and joy.

I trust in my ability to handle whatever challenges may arise.

I am resilient and capable.

I radiate love and kindness to myself and others.

I am a beacon of positivity and compassion.

I am worthy of success and abundance.
