Welcome to this practice to balance and open your chakras.

This meditation is a powerful one that you can use to balance your overall energy or to prepare your body for astral travel and deeper healing practices.

Coming to a comfortable seated posture,

If you prefer to lie down,

Ensuring your back is straight,

Your head and neck are straight.

Softly close or lower your eyes,

Bringing all of your awareness,

All of your attention onto your body and the breath moving in and out of your body.

Breathe in through your nose for a count of three or four.

Pause at the top.

Exhale out for a count of three or four.

Pause at the bottom of your exhale.

For the next few rounds,

Continue to breathe in this way,

Equal parts of breath in and out.

After your next exhalation,

Let your breath return back to its natural flow.

Consciously relaxing muscles that you find that are tight or tense,

Softening into the muscles of your face,

The muscles around your jaw,

Neck and shoulders,

Scanning your body softening or melting any tension or areas that are tight that you can in these moments.

Imagine the muscles melting like sugar dissolving in water.

Very good.

Moving through the chakra system,

Imagine an emerald green star.

Scintillating,

Moving down the spine,

One inch below your tailbone.

This is the root chakra,

Muladhara chakra,

Growing roots downward.

Imagine there's a beautiful vibrant red lotus flower with four red petals.

Visualize the color red with four petals at the root chakra.

The green star moves up to the tip of the tailbone at the second chakra,

Known as svadhisthana chakra.

Imagine an orange lotus flower with six petals,

The color of orange,

Six petals.

Imagine that green star now moves up your spine,

Right behind the navel,

Manipura chakra.

Visualize the color yellow,

A sunny bright yellow.

Imagine a vibrant yellow lotus flower with ten bright yellow petals at manipura chakra.

Imagine that green star now moves up your spine,

Behind your heart,

Also known as anahata chakra.

At the heart chakra,

Imagine the color of green,

A green lotus flower with twelve green petals.

See the color of green like emerald in all of the twelve petals.

Imagine the green star moving upward up to the throat chakra,

Vishuddhi chakra,

The center of your spine behind your throat.

Imagine a beautiful blue lotus flower with sixteen bright blue petals.

Imagine the green star now moves up to the center of your mind,

Behind your forehead,

To anya chakra.

Imagine here a whitish gray lotus flower of only two petals,

With a black circle at the center.

Two whitish gray lotus flowers,

With a black circle at the center.

Move that green star to the back of the head,

Three centimeters to the back of the head and a little bit higher than anya chakra.

Imagine a full luminous moon glowing at the bindu chakra at the back of the head.

Moving your green star up to the crown of your head about four centimeters to sahasraha chakra,

Visualize a violet lotus with a thousand violet bright petals shimmering at the crown of your head.

Now we'll move back down the chakra system to seal these energy centers off.

Moving the green star down from the crown chakra,

Down to the bindu,

To the full moon at the back of the head,

Moving the star to the center of your mind,

To anya chakra,

Visualize the lotus flower with two whitish gray petals and a circle in between.

The green star floats down your spine to the third region,

Vishuddhi chakra,

The beautiful bright blue lotus flower with sixteen petals.

The green star moves downward to the heart chakra,

The beautiful green lotus flower with twelve petals.

Moving down the spine,

The green star goes right behind the navel to the yellow lotus flower with ten bright yellow petals.

Moving the green star down the spine to the second chakra at the tip of the tailbone,

Seeing a bright orange flower with six bright orange petals.

Moving the green star down your spine,

An inch below your tailbone,

At the root chakra,

The red lotus flower with four red petals,

Below,

The perspective of the green star looking up from the base of your spine.

You are a rainbow of vibrant lotus flowers,

Like gems sparkling along your spine.

Visualize the colors,

The shimmering light coming off each petal,

Honoring the powerful chakra system,

The vibrant and colorful energy centers of your body,

The chakras are powerful energy centers that can be used as portals for deeper healing or astral travel.

Breathe in slowly through your nose,

Exhale completely,

Settling your mind back into your body,

Into your space,

And when ready,

Blink your beautiful bright eyes open.
