We've got an inspirational breath practice today,
Inspiring us to let go.
We'll use our breath to help us to let go.
So find your seat,
Find your breath,
Breathe in through your nose.
As you exhale,
Let it out from your mouth.
If you want to sigh it out,
Sigh it out.
Breathe in through your nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Breathe in through the nose.
This time,
Let's try sticking out the tongue as you exhale,
Just for fun.
Releasing tension around the jaw.
Breathe in through the nose one more time.
Exhale,
Stick out the tongue.
Good.
Let your lower jaw now release down from your upper jaw as you relax.
Now as we breathe in and out,
We'll pair the words let go with your breath.
Breathe in mentally,
Repeat let as you exhale,
Go.
Let go.
Breathe in,
Let.
Exhale,
Go.
Try that for a few more rounds on your own.
Now ask yourself,
What do I need to let go of right now?
Visualize it in your mind mentally.
Let.
See it go.
Let it go.
Breathe in,
Let.
As you exhale,
Visualize that which you need to let go of.
It just weighs you down,
Clouds your vision,
Throws you off balance.
Whatever it is,
Your intuition knows to let it go.
Now in your body,
Where are you holding on to the tension of this in your body?
If you are,
Let it out of your body.
Relax.
Soften your body.
Every time you exhale,
Let stress melt off of you,
Like butter melting or rain.
Rain washing it away.
Whatever image,
Visualization comes to you to help you to let this go.
With conviction,
Let in your mind,
Let go.
You can let it go.
You don't need it.
All you need is inside of you.
Good.
Now as you breathe in,
Breathe in light.
As you exhale,
Let that light fill into your body.
Let that light dissolve the tension.
Let it melt away the tension from your body,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your back.
Wherever you're holding tension,
Let the light melt it,
Dissolve it.
Let it go.
Okay,
Have you had enough of it?
Enough to let it go?
Hopefully so.
Let your breath go back to a natural rhythm.
Allow the feelings of letting go to remain inside of you.
Feel the whole of your body.
Appreciate you for letting go.
Come on,
A piece of it,
Just a little piece of it is gone.
You know it.
