To begin,
Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight or lie down on your back with your arms relaxed by your sides and palms facing up.
Now close your eyes and tune in to the sound,
Whatever sound catches your attention.

Now bring your awareness to your breath,
Taking a deep breath in and breathe out with a deep sigh of release.
Gently keep your focus on your breathing and observe with kindness the way each in-breath and out-breath moves them.
Notice any areas that feel tight,

Witness your breath and its natural rhythm.
Keep breathing consciously and get ready to breathe to the rhythm of the music.
You're going to inhale through your nose for two counts,
Deep into your belly in a relaxed and steady rhythm without forcing it in any way.
Engage your pelvic floor muscles and send the energy of counts and exhale through your mouth.
