Sat Nam beautiful sister,
Welcome to the healing practice that combines a Kundalini Yoga sequence that works on aligning our chakras.
And it also has that sacred union within part of it which just brings the different understanding of how the healing actually happens.
Also,
If you've done my Wu Wei meditation,
Where we were connecting more to the feminine energies.
So in this meditation and practice,
We are combining the state of observer witness consciousness which is the masculine energetic container that comes from that meditative state and stillness and observation with the feminine with the shakti that's why kundalini yoga kundalini is that primal creative energy which is associated with the divine feminine with uh with uh divine mother with that force the divine feminine that creates everything but it only can create it within the masculine container so both are needed for life and for creation and therefore for a healing as well because what is healing is becoming whole and basically our practices of sacred union is about wholeness but first connecting understanding what's happening there why we are not whole and looking at everything from that unity perspective and uniting those forces,
The inner masculine and inner feminine.
The practice itself it's similar to what i've been doing for years and years as a kundalini yoga teacher but the understanding is slightly different in a sense that it's yes the divine masculine is holding the divine feminine and that's how this wholeness happens and how the healing happens it's when our observer the masculine sees what's happening and as if with the divine feminine we go into it we go into the pain on or contraction or blockage or emotions whatever stuck sensation we go into it with either yoga or dance or other like feminine practice and then we observe it within this like masculine container and give it space so when this happens that's when we can connect to that state of inner union And it's not only going to heal our relationship as this inner alchemy journey is all about.
Basically,
It's healing the relationship with ourself and with different parts of ourselves as well.
Okay,
So let's get into the practice.
Opening up the space with mantra On Namo Guru Dev Namo.
Palms together.
Take a deep inhale.
Ong!
Relaxing your arms,
Relaxing your shoulders.
And we're going to bring attention to the base of the spine as we're breathing.
Keep anchoring the breath.
Allowing the belly to expand so allowing the breath go all the way down into the lower abdomen and grounding it into the perineum muscle into the base of the spine.
Feel the gentle effortless expansion on the inhale.
Contraction slight contraction on the exhale and we activate in the navel point so two fingers below the belly button So we start drawing it in slightly on the exhale.
This is the power center.
It's important to start activating it.
So again,
Inhale,
Feel the expansion.
The breath goes in all the way down.
And exhale,
Activating the navel,
Drawing it in.
Couple more deep breaths just like that.
And now inhale deeply,
We're going to suspend the breath.
And now slightly apply the mula band,
The root lock.
So contracting the perineum muscle,
Also contracting your knee and the anus.
So this helps us to move the energy up the spine.
Now here we have to circulate it,
So we are going to bring the chin in slightly,
Elongate the spine,
Chin in,
Roll the eyes to the point between the eyebrows,
Roll the tongue up and press up.
And then exhale when you need to exhale.
So this is a lock.
Both the mulaban the root lock and jalaban chin lock plus the eyes and the tongue we're gonna do it after each exercise so we're gonna move that energy and then we're gonna take some time to just observe observe and stay present with what's happening with your new energetic alignment where the energy is going so that how we are focusing on the like really healing aspect of this meditation so bring hands on your ankles if you're sitting in the cross-legged and we're going to start flexing the spine inhale forward exhale back another way how the kundalini yoga is very healing practice it also works a lot on our fascia and we do store a lot so the physical level we store a lot in our fascia It's also like the emotional,
The stress,
Whatever we didn't have chance to process is stored there and then the flow of energy,
Flow of blood is compromised.
Inhale forward,
Exhale back.
You can go slow if you need but i'm inviting you to try more very rhythmical movement you don't have to go through like you know extreme range of motion it's comfortable But again,
To work on a fascia it's rhythmical movements and repetitive movements like this,
Which are aligned.
If you're in the chair you can just bring the hands on the knees and flex the spine.
Inhale forward exhale back center deep inhale Suspend the breath,
Apply the root lock,
Apply the chin lock,
Roll the eyes,
Press up with the tongue,
Suspend.
Exhale when you need to exhale and relax.
Now for several moments just observe,
Close your eyes and observe your energy within.
Observe your body,
Observe what's happening and just flow with it while you hold in that state of witness consciousness.
So your divine masculine is holding the feminine great next one we are connecting with water element and swathisana chakra so first one was earth and muladhara so circling the spine inhale forward exhale back leading with the chest and connecting to the flow.
Exploring the range of motion shoulders relaxed Gentle stretch.
And again,
We are moving here.
It's not too slow unless you really feel like going really slow today.
Always listen to your body.
Deep breath in,
Inhale forward,
Exhale back.
And switch direction.
Feel yourself moving through the water,
Flowing.
Connecting with your own inner waters.
Your emotions It's associated with the base of creative energy.
Good.
Back to the center.
Deep inhale.
Suspending the breath,
Applying the locks,
Rolling the eyes,
Pressing up with the tongue,
Really elongating the spine,
Straightening the arms.
Focus on the point between the eyebrows connecting With the masculine energy,
Observing,
Exhale,
Relax and keep observing what's happening in your energy field.
And you might notice that you want to soften.
Just naturally.
When you start feeling where you're holding on.
Where there is some contraction just relaxing into it great the next one we are going to do the twist We'll do them today with arms like this.
90 degree,
Inhaling left,
Exhaling right.
Spine is really straight,
Long neck,
Chin slightly in.
And repetitive movement working on a fascia not going into extreme range of motion but we do feel the stretch.
And what we're also doing here is unlocking the diaphragm,
The breathing muscle.
A rib cage.
Releasing tension from the solar plexus and we're activating the third chakra manipura and the fire element center,
Dipping help perfect the posture.
Suspend the breath,
Applying little locks,
Rolling the eyes up,
Pressing up with the tongue.
Opening the chest a bit more.
And exhale,
Relax,
Relax your arms,
Shoulders,
Solar plexus and observe.
You might feel energy shifting in your solar plexus.
Releasing the tension and resting in our own power so the solar plexus the third chakra is associated with our personal power willpower often we have blockage there I love it.
To be released.
And rest in your own power.
Observe.
And we are moving up to the Anahata,
The heart center,
The place of unconditional love and compassion.
And that joy.
So we're going to activate it with.
.
.
Yeah.
With the bare lock,
Right palm towards you,
Left palm away from you.
Keep the pull strong in front of the heart.
Again,
Right palm towards,
Left palm away.
Make a lock,
Inhale left,
Exhale right.
Yeah,
Inhaling left elbow up,
Exhaling right elbow up.
Keeping the pull strong,
Keep going.
Keep the rhythm if you can.
Make sure you guide in with the breath.
Inhale center.
Suspend the breath,
Apply the locks.
Keep the pull strong in front of the heart,
Hold,
Press up with the tongue.
Relax the posture,
Exhale and focus on the point between the eyebrows.
And the heart.
Observe what's happening in your heart space Allow the expansion,
Feel the ribs expanding in all directions.
And feeling the light from your heart expanding.
And just observe what's happening in your entire energy field.
Again you might feel like you want to soften soften the shoulders maybe just kind of allow the movement in the shoulder blade in your shoulders There is actually another great exercise for the heart and lung.
Let's add it to this sequence.
So inhale and suspend the breath.
And now as we're holding the breath,
Just move.
Upper spine such as the ribcage.
Then when you need to exhale stop and exhale let's do it several times it's a great Great exercise for the lungs and the heart.
So inhale.
Hold.
So just the tilt in here,
Just the ribcage,
Chest.
The movement like this in the belly dance,
As I mentioned before,
I find Kundalini yoga and belly dance is like too.
.
.
Most effective healing practices and both of them you see they work on fascia and energetic.
Good,
Relax.
We'll do it one more time.
Inhale,
Hold.
Suspend the breath,
Hold the breath,
Chin stays in and just flex the upper spine as you hold in the breath And relax,
Exhale,
Observe.
You might notice that your breath is deepening naturally.
Letting go.
Very healing for the heart All of us had broken hearts,
So there are some scars there.
So this is a great exercise to heal the broken heart.
And the lans,
Lans meridian connected to emotion of grief and sadness.
So it's again,
Great exercise too.
Like relieve those energies So the next one lets do shoulder drop.
Inhale up,
Exhale down.
And we continue here working on the heart and the lungs,
But we're also getting now into Vishuddha chakra.
The throat the throat chakra and relax here we're not holding that was just like two really release the tension and Connect now.
With the breath as you're doing the neck circles.
Exhale down.
Inhale up and back.
Exhale forth and down.
Switch direction.
Brushing the throat with the air you breathe you can do like a sign type of breath it's called ujjayi breath Beautiful and let's hold the stretch.
Ear to the shoulder one side just couple deep breaths here And switch sides.
Come back to the center,
Let's observe.
Close your eyes.
Observing your energy,
Observing the throat,
You might feel some worms there.
Let's do a bit more ujjayi breath.
So just like side.
Let's decide together.
But now let's do it with mouth closed and notice where the air and the energy goes sigh with the mouth closed Are you noticing the worms going here in your throat?
It's also very amazing.
Healing breath so let's just do several times and you'll have it in your toolbox as well so inhale through the nose Exhale through the nose sign.
Inhale Exhale sign.
Beautiful.
Okay.
So let's do a couple more exercises in this healing sequence.
So the next one is the breath of fire.
We're going to pump the navel.
So on the exhale,
We're going to draw it in,
Inhale it out.
And it's already a very healing breath on its own.
It's detoxifying,
It's energizing,
It's bringing that power.
Where it needs to be,
In your gut,
In your belly.
Your lower dantian so we're going to energize with the breath of fire move the energy and now we're also going to be going to bring the arms up so straight elbows in case you don't see my arms completely thumbs out fingertips on the mounts of the fingers Straighten the arms,
So 60 degree angle and straight elbows,
Very important.
Because that's how the energy flows.
And we're charging the aura,
We're charging the electromagnetic field.
And that will make that inner masculine container even stronger.
So let's do it.
Focus on the point between the eyebrows,
Chin slightly in and start.
You inhale connect thumbs over the head spread the fingers reach up high apply root lock chin lock roll up the eyes press up with the tongue And exhale,
Draw a circle around,
You lend your hands and let's observe.
You might feel again your breath is deepening naturally.
You might sigh it out.
This is very real line in practice You're aligning with your own center and with the universal axis.
With your Higher Self.
You can connect again with that ujjayi breath the sign breath inhaling through the nose exhaling through the nose with the sign and today i want to give you another healing exercise specifically for the heart again we're dealing a lot in this course or program with the heart issues right we want to open up our hearts to be able to be that love,
To flow more love and to magnetize a relationship on that more expanded love level.
So this exercise connect your palms together and bring elbows up so the middle finger is right in front of your third eye point.
And we're just gonna hold it here.
And close your eyes and do Ujjayi breath.
So that's inner sign breath.
This position also works on heart and lung meridians We're releasing the grief,
Maybe unprocessed grief.
This long deep breath with jive breath.
We're going to do another minute here So just a minute,
Stay with a long deep breath.
Focusing your eyes on the point between the eyebrows And at the same time also absorbing,
Absorbing your heart.
Observing what's energetically happening there in your heart and lungs area.
As we are now connected to this beautiful state of loving consciousness and bliss allowing everything that's not soaring And more your expansion.
And you being that love Let it go,
Let it draw,
Let it release in this beautiful light.
Everything is love And what doesn't feel like love is it's a calling to become love.
So just give it your love.
Give it your compassion.
And let it just melt into this warm light.
Let's take one more deep inhale together Suspend.
And exhale relax release your posture Okay,
So this last exercise you can even do it separately.
For 11 minutes so if you feel like you want to go deeper into releasing unprocessed grief sadness heartbreak that's the exercise to do so just this last one for 11 minutes.
All right we are going to close this practice Um.
.
.
I want you to actually if you have a moment now to lay down and relax We'll finish with this today,
So just lay down and relax.
In Savasana.
And now the option In this course,
You can find practice.
It's called restorative yoga,
Deep rest.
Because there are some.
.
.
Very gentle restorative movements that you might find very useful right now because we've been sitting and meditating.
But for now just lay down on your back and completely relax we are going to finish here and you can stay in this relaxing state as long as you wish.
Keep absorbing.
Absorbing the healing process Holding space for yourself,
Just feeling the energy moving through your body,
The way.
They,
Um.
.
.
They want to move.
You just observe and give it loving attention.
No attention,
Just observation.
We are connected to that inner union state.
Loving consciousness.
And this is the most healing state available to us.
Keep relaxing into it.
Let's go and enjoy Satna means I am truth.
I'm going to close the practice with this mantra.
