Destination is a short, body-based reset for moments when your system feels overwhelmed or clenched. In three simple breaths, you’ll notice what your body is doing, honor your own inner wisdom, and choose a next step that supports you. This is not about fixing or calming yourself, but about returning to wise presence and self-compassion. It’s designed to be used in real life—before a conversation, after one, or whenever you need permission to step away and move.

Let's get started.

If you would like to close your eyes,

Please go ahead and do that now.

If you would like just to have a soft gaze,

Just relax your eyes now.

This is three breaths to wise owl,

A body reset.

Breath one,

Notice,

Sense.

Take a slow breath in.

Notice your body.

Don't adjust,

Don't fix.

Just notice,

Just sense.

Breath two,

Honor,

Sensibility.

Another breath in.

Honor your wisdom.

Thank the part of you that noticed your practicing self-compassion.

Breath three,

Choose action.

One more breath.

Choose your next action.

Let your body know you are choosing wisely.

You are allowed to step away.

You are honoring yourself.

Closing.

When you are ready,

Move.

Even a few steps is enough.

Stay kind to yourself.

Picture the river,

How it flows,

How it moves around.

What's in the way and keeps going.
