Hello everyone,
I am Pidehan.
I call myself a nutrition and well-being enthusiast.
I have been studying nutrition and well-being for years as a second field of interest,
Besides my main field in marketing and project management.
In the beginning,
Nutrition was like a hobby for me,
But during the years I had this idea to expand my knowledge with nutrition science and even to start studentship again from scratch,
As I had an economics bachelor previously and why not to have a second bachelor's degree.
During pandemic years,
I had my nutrition and dietetics education in a well-known hospital owned University of Istanbul.
But I felt still there are steps to be taken and started my master's degree in a high-ranked state university of Europe.
Proudly said,
I am a master's student in health prevention and promotion in Technical University of Munich.
Finally,
I have willingness to share my knowledge with people who also care about their overall well-being.
Now,
I feel I enrich my knowledge every day with more literature background in health sciences and want to share those science-based practices with everyone in a world-known well-being application Insight Timer.
