Explore MeditationPerihan is a passionate enthusiast of nutrition and well-being. While her main professional background is in marketing and project management, she has been studying Nutrition and Wellbeing for many years as a second field of interest. What began as a personal hobby gradually grew into a deep academic commitment. Originally holding a BSc in Economics, Perihan decided to start from scratch and pursue a second bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at a well-known hospital-affiliated university in Istanbul during the pandemic years. Recognizing that her journey in health science was only beginning, she later advanced her studies by enrolling in a master’s program in Health Prevention and Promotion at the Technical University of Munich, one of Europe’s top-ranked state universities. Perihan’s enthusiasm now lies in bringing science-based knowledge to everyday life. She continues to enrich her expertise through academic research and literature in health sciences, and she is committed to sharing evidence-based practices with a wider community. Her contribution to the Insight Timer platform reflects her passion: offering simple, accessible guidance on nutrition and well-being that helps people make mindful lifestyle choices and supports their longevity journey.
