As you breathe out,

Finally,
Bring your awareness to your lower legs,
Your ankles,
And your feet.
Let go of any tightness as you exhale,
Letting your feet soften and relax completely.
Now that you've scanned your entire body,
Take a moment to feel the deep sense of relaxation that has spread from your head to your toes.
Your whole body is now fully at ease,
Ready to drift into a peaceful sleep.
As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply,
Feel the weight of the day lifting off your shoulders.
Imagine each exhale carrying away the stresses,
The worries,
And the concerns that may have been occupying your mind.
With every breath,
You are letting go of tension,
Allowing your body to sink deeper into the comfort of your bed.
Feel the mattress beneath you,
Supporting you as if cradling you in a cocoon of warmth and safety.
There's nothing more you need to do.
There's nowhere else you need to be.
This moment is yours,
Your time to rest,
To rejuvenate,
And to allow your mind and body to drift into a state of deep relaxation.
Notice how your body feels,
Completely at ease,
As if it's floating on a cloud,
Weightless and free.
Each breath guides you closer to the edge of sleep,

Imagine yourself in a lush,
Green pasture on a beautiful day.
The grass beneath your feet is soft and cool,
And the air is filled with the gentle scent of wildflowers.
The sky above is a brilliant blue,
With just a few fluffy white clouds lazily drifting by.
As you walk through the pasture,
You feel a sense of calm and tranquility washing over you.
The warmth of the sun on your skin is comforting,
And the sounds of birds singing in the distance brings a deep sense of peace.
You continue to walk enjoying the beauty of the landscape around you,
Until you notice a small stream ahead of you.
The water is clear and sparkling,
Gently flowing over smooth stones,
Creating a soothing,
Melodic sound.
You feel drawn to the stream,
And walk closer to it,
Curious and at ease.
As you stand by the stream,
You notice something remarkable.
Your worries,
Your thoughts,

They take the form of small images,

The stream is carrying them away,
Out of sight,

You are letting go of everything that no longer serves you,

As you watch these worries disappear downstream,
You feel lighter,
Freer,
And more relaxed than ever before.
The stream has taken away all of your concerns,
Leaving you with nothing but a deep sense of calm and serenity.
Allow yourself to drift off into sleep naturally,
Knowing that you are safe,
You are calm,
And you are ready for a night of deep,
Restorative rest.
Picture yourself enveloped in a soft,
Warm blanket of tranquility,
Wrapping around you,
Soothing every part of you.
Feel this blanket gently pulling you deeper into relaxation,
Deeper into sleep.
As you continue to breathe softly,

Sinking deeper into the comfort of your bed.
