Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
Let your hands rest loosely by your side or on your lap.
There is nowhere you need to be right now.
Except here.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and hold it gently.
And exhale fully and completely.
Again,
Inhale hold and exhale,
Letting your shoulders soften.
With each breath let yourself sink just a little deeper.
Let the world outside begin to fade.
This is your time.
A sacred pause.
A moment to give yourself permission.
Now imagine you're standing at the edge of a forest.
The air is crisp,
Scented faintly with pine and possibility.
Before you lies a narrow path,
Winding,
Ancient,
And bathed in dappled golden light.
This is your path.
The one you were born to walk.
But something has kept you from moving forward.
A shadow,
A fear,
A story.
As you look down the path,
Notice what arises in your body.
Is it tightness,
Hesitation,
Or even doubt?
Breathe into it.
No judgment,
Just awareness.
You are here to face that shadow,
Not to fight it,
But to understand it.
Begin walking slowly down the path.
With each step,
Your feet become more rooted.
Your breath steadier.
You are not alone.
You are held by something ancient and strong,
Your inner knowing.
Up ahead,
You see a shape emerging.
It's not scary,
But it represents your fear.
What form does your fear take?
It may appear as a silhouette of a creature,
A person,
A fog,
Or you just have a sense that it is there.
Let it come.
You are safe.
Notice what your fear looks like.
How does it move?
Then ask it silently or aloud.
What are you trying to protect me from?
Listen without interruption.
Then ask.
What do you need so that I can move forward without you?
Your fear may not want to answer you at first,
So ask it again.
What it is protecting you from and what does it need from you so you can move on?
Stay open.
Let the answers come in images,
In sensations,
In feelings,
In stillness.
Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
See yourself growing taller,
Stronger,
Braver.
From your heart center,
A radiant light begins to shine.
It expands,
Warming your chest,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your spine.
This light is your courage.
It has always been with you.
Now step closer to your fear.
Place your hand over your heart and speak from this glowing place.
I thank you for trying to keep me safe,
But I no longer need you in this form.
I choose bravery.
I choose movement.
I give myself permission to be bold,
To be free.
Watch as your fear begins to change shape.
It may dissolve.
It may shrink.
It may simply bow and step aside.
Whatever happens,
Trust it is enough.
Now walk forward past the place where your fear once stood.
Feel the freedom in your body,
The lightness,
The clarity.
And with each step,
Say silently,
I am brave.
I am capable.
And I am whole.
I am brave.
I am capable.
I am capable.
And I am whole.
Keep walking and don't look back.
You finally reach a small clearing.
In the center stands a mirror.
You walk towards it and look into your own eyes.
You see no fear,
But passion.
No hesitation,
Just grace.
You see the brave person you have always been.
Smile at yourself.
Nod and whisper.
I give myself permission to live unafraid.
Take one more breath in this sacred place.
Let it fill you.
Let it remind you that this courage is not a fleeting feeling.
It's a truth you carry.
Slowly begin to walk back up the path.
The forest welcomes your return.
The sun filters through the trees and with each step you bring your bravery with you.
And gently return to your physical body.
Feel your fingers and toes.
Wiggle them softly.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes and remember you are brave,
You are ready and you are free.
Www.
Mooji.
