Hello beautiful soul,
Welcome to this guided meditation.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Whatever allows your body to soften a little more.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And exhale gently through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in.
And releasing.
Allowing your shoulders to relax.
And the muscles around your eyes to soften.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
There is nothing to solve.
Nothing to force.
Just this moment.
Just your breath.
Just your presence.
Now imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a garden.
Your garden.
A living reflection of your inner world.
Notice what it feels like to stand here.
The air.
The temperature,
The scent of the Earth.
Maybe parts of this garden are wild.
Maybe some areas feel overgrown.
Maybe some spaces are blooming beautifully.
Maybe others feel neglected.
There is no judgment here.
Only awareness.
Begin to slowly walk through this garden.
Notice what naturally calls your attention.
Perhaps there are plants that need water.
Areas asking for light.
Old leaves ready to fall away.
Maybe there are seeds beneath the soil that haven't fully emerged yet.
As you walk,
Realize something important.
Your inner voice rarely screams.
It speaks like nature speaks.
Quietly.
Rhythmically.
Consistently.
A knowing that returns again and again.
So often we lose connection to that inner call because the mind becomes noisy.
Because we begin listening more to urgency or expectation.
To the voices outside of us than to the wisdom already growing within us.
But your inner knowing has not disappeared.
It is still here.
Waiting patiently beneath the noise.
Like roots beneath the soil.
Now imagine a kneeling down in your garden.
Place your hands into the earth.
Feel its richness.
Its steadiness.
Its life.
The earth does not rush to bloom.
A seed does not panic because it cannot yet see the flower.
Nature trusts timing.
And something within you is learning to trust timing too.
Take a deep breath in.
.
.
And as you exhale,
Imagine pulling out the weeds that no longer belong here.
Letting go of any fears.
Again,
Breathing in nourishment.
Exhaling confusion and unnecessary noise.
Notice how the garden begins to feel lighter.
More spacious,
More alive.
And now,
In the center of your garden,
Notice a single plant.
Tree or flower beginning to glow softly.
This represents your inner call,
Your truth,
Your deepest knowing.
The part of you that already senses the direction your soul wants to move towards.
You do not need to force it to speak.
Simply sit beside it.
Listen.
What does it feel like in your body when you are aligned?
What feels true.
Your inner call may not arrive as a loud command.
Sometimes it arrives as expansion.
Release.
Curiosity.
Energy returning to the body.
Sometimes your soul speaks through what continuously pulls at your heart.
The thing you cannot fully ignore.
Allow yourself now to ask inwardly.
What is trying to grow within me right now?
What is trying to grow within me right now?
And,
Without forcing an answer,
Simply receive whatever arises.
A word.
An image.
That feeling.
A memory.
A direction.
Or maybe only silence.
Silence is okay too.
Because trust is also cultivated in the waiting.
Now imagine sunlight gently pouring into this garden.
Warming the soil.
Touching every leaf,
Every root.
Every unopened bloom.
This light represents your awareness.
And whatever you bring awareness to with love begins to grow.
Feel this light moving through you,
Into your belly.
Blowing through your heart.
Into your chest.
Flowing through your throat.
Softening the fear of getting it wrong.
Softening the need to rush clarity.
Reminding you that your path unfolds through the relationship with yourself.
Through listening.
Through tending,
Through trust.
Take one more look around your garden.
Notice what feels different now.
Maybe nothing dramatic.
Maybe only a subtle shift.
But even the smallest tending changes the future of a garden.
Place a hand over your heart.
And repeat softly.
I trust what is growing within me.
Clarity comes effortlessly to me.
I only need to stay connected.
My inner voice becomes clearer the more I listen.
I am learning to trust my own timing.
Take a deeper breath in now.
Gently returning to your body.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
The air on your skin.
Wiggle your fingers.
Your toes.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
