Begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying position, Close down your eyes, Settle, Soften your body and then take a deep breath in filling your lungs completely and then slowly exhale letting go of any tension from your body. Continue to breathe deeply and evenly allowing yourself to relax and soften with every breath. Feel the connection of the ground, The earth beneath you wherever you're sitting or lying and imagine some roots extending from the soles of your feet maybe your sit bones as well deep into the earth anchoring you securely to the ground. Feel the stability and the support of the earth beneath you providing a solid foundation. Maybe you're envisaging roots going down into the earth beneath you to the ground through the different layers of the earth down down down connecting you to a rock or securing an anchor into the ground and then send your awareness back up through the roots up up up through the different layers of the earth anchoring that energy back into the base of your spine where your root chakra is located. Breathing that energy in and up and as you breathe out and as you breathe out letting go of any fear or insecurity or worry in this moment and now move your awareness your focus up to the area just below your navel your womb space where your sacral chakra is located. As you breathe in let this area expand. Imagine light filling this area and as you exhale release any blocks to your creativity your joy and then shift your awareness up to your solar plexus just above your navel. As you inhale sending light up to this area emanating power and confidence and as you exhale let go of any doubt or insecurity and then bringing your awareness up further to the center of your chest your heart space your heart chakra visualizing a beautiful green crystal in this space this center of love of compassion. And as you inhale imagine this beautiful crystal spinning in your chest sending love out into the world and as you exhale release any feelings of hurt resentment sadness letting go of anything you don't need anything that you don't need that's occupying space in your heart center and then send your awareness up further to your throat your throat chakra connecting with the energy of clarity and truth as you inhale and as you exhale let go of any blocks to your self-expression to speaking your truth and then move your awareness to the space between your eyebrows your third eye center third eye chakra this center of intuition and insight. And as you inhale connect with this energy of intuition and imagine it spreading from your third eye center all the way down your body passing through your throat your heart solar plexus womb space and your root chakra allowing the deeper understanding from your third eye to emanate through your body and with every breath out release any doubts confusion or lack of trust in your intuition. And now bring your awareness to the top of your head your crown chakra visualize a beautiful brilliant white light at the top of your head radiating purity and connection to the divine the universe. As you breathe in imagine this crown chakra opening connecting you to the infinite source of light and wisdom and as you exhale feel this light spreading through your entire being receiving white light and imagine a beam of pure white light descending from the cosmos entering through your crown chakra feel this white light flowing down through every chakra cleansing energizing and raising the frequency of your entire being and when the light reaches your root chakra feel it anchoring you deeply to the earth creating a perfect balance between heaven and earth within you you are the bridge to anchor in energy from the divine from source through your body into earth and using this white light this connection to the divine to allow you to step onto your highest timeline imagine yourself this light-filled being standing at the center of a crossroads where there are many different paths you can take but trusting that with this connection from source and with the beautiful crystal that's in your heart space and by trusting your own intuition that you will always take the right path always listening to what's within and visualizing the path in front of you that is illuminated with the brightest purest light this is your highest timeline where you can live your highest potential and fulfill your soul purpose start to take some steps along the path and feel your frequency rising sending you the signals that you are aligned with your highest self walk confidently joyfully peacefully knowing that you are fully supported by the universe and guided by your own inner wisdom as you walk along this path you walk into a beautiful light it's rainbow frequency of all of the seven chakras it is your aligned path where your subtle energy body the rainbow within meets the rainbow without where the rainbow inside of you through the chakras meets this rainbow cosmic energy outside of you and becomes one so take a moment to bathe in this beautiful rainbow frequency energy
