Gently,

Close your eyes now and guide your awareness into your body and your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Then exhale it slowly through your mouth.

Allow your body to relax and settle into this moment.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more present in this moment.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth.

Settle into the stability and support from the ground beneath you.

This grounding energy connects you to the earth,

Providing a strong foundation for your energetic boundaries.

Now bring your attention to the space around your body.

Imagine a soft,

Glowing light surrounding you.

This light represents your energetic field.

It may be a color that feels protective and comforting to you.

Visualize this light expanding and creating a protective bubble all around you.

This bubble is strong,

Resilient,

And capable of filtering out any negative or unfavorable energies.

As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,

Focus on the edges of your energetic bubble.

See these edges becoming clearer and more defined.

Imagine them becoming brighter and more impenetrable,

Allowing in only positive,

Loving energy while repelling any negativity or harm.

You are in control of what enters your energetic space.

Affirm to yourself,

I am safe.

I am protected.

I am in control of my energy.

With your protective bubble in place,

Focus on filling your inner space with healing energy.

Picture a warm,

Golden light at your heart center.

With each inhale,

Feel this light growing stronger,

Spreading warmth and protection throughout your entire being.

And with each exhale,

Let go of any lingering stress or negativity,

Allowing your protective bubble to filter it out.

Affirm to yourself,

I am filled with healing light.

I am filled with loving kindness.

I am filled with safety and support.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Feeling into the strength and clarity of your energetic boundaries you've created.

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Invite small movements into your fingertips and toes.

Stretch if you need to.

Gently open your eyes,

Knowing that you carry this sense of protection and healing energy with you.

Take this feeling into the rest of your day,

Knowing that you are safe and supported,

Knowing that you are in control of what enters your energetic space.
