This meditation is an invitation into balance.
Balance is not about perfection.
It's about harmony,
Flow and coming back to centre again and again.
Close your eyes.
Let your shoulders soften.
Allowing yourself to arrive fully into this moment.
Taking a deep inhale through your nose.
Exhaling gently through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale for a count of 4,

With every inhale,
You feel yourself filling with peace.
With every exhale,
Imagine releasing anything that feels heavy or unbalanced.
Let your breath guide you into equilibrium.
Imagine yourself standing before a set of golden scales.
One side holds your giving,
The other your receiving.
One side holds your doing,
The other side your resting.
Just notice,
Without judgement,
Where the scales may tip.
Now,
With every breath,
See the scales becoming lighter,
More even,
More harmonious.
See them balancing naturally,
Without effort.
Bring your awareness to your heart space.
Imagine a soft pink glow expanding here.
Peaceful.
Warm.
Steady.
And as this glow grows,
You can repeat silently to yourself,
I am balanced.
I am whole.
I live in harmony with myself and the world around me.
Allow these words to settle deep into your being.
Slowly return your awareness to your body,
Noticing how balance feels within you right now.
Take a final deep breath in.
Exhale fully.
