Welcome dear heart.

Today we dive into the ocean of your emotional body.

Not to swim against the tide but to float,

To feel,

To flow.

This is a space where feeling is safe,

Where nothing is too much,

Where all of you belongs.

Start by closing your eyes and breathing slowly.

Let your breath move like the ocean,

In and out,

Gentle and deep.

Imagine your body becoming water,

Fluid,

Intuitive,

Alive.

Let go of edges.

Let yourself be soft.

There is no right shape.

There is only sensation.

Now imagine you're standing at the shore of an inner ocean.

The waves are your feelings,

Rising,

Falling,

Moving through you.

This ocean has always been within you.

It remembers what your mind has forgotten.

Ask gently what emotion is ready to be felt right now.

Let it rise like a wave.

Don't hold it.

Don't resist it.

Just let it move.

Maybe it's grief or joy or something unnamed,

Something ancient,

Something tender.

Let it wash over you,

Through you,

Around you.

Feel the emotion fully.

Trust that it will not drown you.

You are not the wave.

You are the ocean and oceans know how to hold it all.

Let your breath stay slow and steady.

Say to yourself,

My emotions are sacred messengers.

I trust the tide within me.

I feel deeply and that is my power.

Breathe here.

Float here.

Let the water carry you.

Let it cleanse what's ready to be released.

Let it show you what's still alive within.

And when the wave has passed,

Rest in the stillness beneath it.

That stillness is you.

Always there.

Always waiting.

When you are ready,

Gently begin to come back,

Carrying the strength of your emotional waters with you.
