My name is Sangeet and today I have a message for you.

Life in this planet can be beautiful and it can also be contradictory and confusing.

Every single thing seems to be under some sort of control due to an extreme fear of so many things.

The way we look,

The way we speak,

The way we walk,

What we say and what we do,

Everything is in check one way or the other.

Even our thoughts are now being controlled,

If not by others,

Then by us,

Because guess what?

We want to control our reality.

Surprisingly,

The word freedom is still part of our vocabulary,

But how many of us actually have felt or feel free while being in this world?

Even in perfect health,

Joy and abundance,

We still act according to something,

We still control and feel controlled,

We still find ways to fit somewhere or into something.

We are free beings and yet we are so imprisoned and many of us try our best to escape all of this.

We quit jobs,

Relationships,

We live in the car,

In the van,

In the streets,

We go to the woods,

To the mountains,

We volunteer,

We travel,

We meditate,

We even get out of our own bodies only to come back and to feel stuck over and over again.

Yes,

We are all in this planet and yes,

Here we are with all the purposes and with no purpose at all.

Is there a single key to this big mystery?

One that solves it all with no contradictions or confusions?

Maybe,

Maybe there is and maybe it is easier to find than we think,

But one thing I can tell you right now,

Life is impressive,

Charming even,

In its own ways and our fears seem to slow down when it somehow smiles at us.

Maybe that is part of the key to pay attention to details,

To the signs,

To how things unfold.

Maybe it is not so much our job to judge cultures and structures,

But more to read between the superficial lines of any society and of their demands and to allow our heart to breathe and to still take the main role in our life.

We can run and we can hide,

But maybe all we need is to accept that this is how this world operates and that this is how we operate in this world and instead of being against,

We become in favor,

Not of what makes us imprisoned,

But of what we feel that is true to us.

Can we still be part of what is already established?

Of course we can and maybe we even have to at some level.

If we are truly looking for a real change,

For a different way,

Any new lifestyle on its own is not going to do it for us.

Yes,

We can live in the forest or even as a monk,

But no forest or a monk's life is going to fully take us away from our bodies or to dissolve all of our fears.

No matter where or how we live,

To truly transform we have to truly feel it and to truly feel it we have to truly embody it.

And through this,

Whatever we do or choose to do,

We always find ways to free ourselves a little bit more and a little bit more.

After all,

We live through perception and our perception can only come from us.

So today,

Let's accept this planet as it is,

As we see it.

We don't have to like everything,

We don't have to like it at all,

But we can choose and be determined to stay within,

With us,

Under the sun and the storms and to look for ways to smile and to bring more smiles into the world.

And for sure,

By doing this,

We will feel better and at some point we will even be grateful for being here.

Still,

We don't have to like everything,

We don't have to like it at all,

But by sticking to ourselves and smiling,

We definitely bring more smiles into this world.

This was beneficial as I’ve isolated, stuck where I am feeling imprisoned and miserable every day here where I live now in my truck in Texas. I am grateful to have heard your words. Thank you so much Sangeet❤️
