Good morning everybody.
Let's tap on anxiety that is coming up about the upcoming week.
Starting at the side of the hand.
Even though I feel anxious about this upcoming week.
I accept the way that I feel.
And I know that I can handle it.
Round two,
Side of the head.
Even though I have something stressing me about the upcoming week.
I accept what I have going on.
And I accept myself.
Round three,
Side of the hand.
Even though there are things that may be out of my control.
I am going to accept that fact And I am going to work on what is under my control.
Eyebrow point allowing myself to release anxiety.
Side of the eye.
Letting go of what I cannot control.
Under the eye accepting what I cannot control.
Under the nose.
Doing my best.
To work with what I know.
Under the lip.
Doing my best to prepare myself for the upcoming week.
Tapping on the collarbone giving myself space.
To set myself up for success.
And maybe that just means prepping food for a few days.
Top of the head.
Maybe that means planning out my week as best I can.
Eyebrow point.
Doing the things I can do now.
Side of the eye.
To prepare myself for the rest of the week.
Under the eye.
Maybe tapping is going to help me.
Calm my nervous system.
Under the nose.
And I can show up.
Completely.
For myself.
Under the lip.
Having a calm nervous system.
Collarbone.
Is going to help me make better decisions.
There they are.
And I can move through the rest of the week.
With ease and grace.
Of the head.
I honor all the things that I can take care of.
And I deeply and completely love.
Honor and accept myself.
