Hi,

And welcome back to another episode of Emotionally Free with Crystal Yee.

Today we are going to tap on general feelings of overwhelm.

By tapping along with this podcast,

You take full responsibility of your own health and well-being.

Let's get to it.

Thinking about things that make you feel overwhelmed.

It can be life in general,

It can be the news,

You know,

Talking about the economy,

Work,

Your family.

It can be anything.

And it can be everything.

Nowadays,

With everything going on in the world,

I think we're all feeling really overwhelmed.

So I wanted to do a tapping session to help you kind of release as much of that as you can.

And when we release our overwhelm and when we release our racing thoughts,

It helps us to move forward with a much clearer head.

It helps to release some of that tension,

Release some of that inflammation,

And allows us to see things in a different light sometimes.

So let's get to it.

We'll start by taking a deep breath in,

In through the nose,

And sigh it out through the mouth,

Let it out,

Scream it out,

Shout it out,

Breathe it out,

Whatever you got to do to release some of that tension.

So start with tapping on the side of the hand,

The karate chop point.

Even though I am feeling all of this tension,

And just repeat after me in your mind or out loud,

I honor the way that I feel right now,

And I accept that I may be going through some things.

Even though I can feel all this tension in my body,

I am open to releasing it now.

Even though it feels like I have the weight of the world on my shoulders,

I am open to putting that weight down just for a little bit.

I can pick it up later or tomorrow.

Tapping on the eyebrow point,

Right where the bridge of the nose meets the inner part of the eyebrow,

Feeling all of this overwhelm.

Side of the eye,

Releasing it as much as I can now.

Under the eye,

Feeling all of this tension in my body.

Under the nose,

Releasing it as much as I can now.

Under the lip,

Feeling so overwhelmed.

Under the arm,

Feeling the heaviness that comes with this overwhelm.

Top of the head,

Releasing this now.

Tapping on the eyebrow point,

You don't have to repeat after me,

I just want you to visualize.

Think about the things that are overwhelming you.

Just keep tapping on the eyebrow point.

Side of the eye.

Think about where you feel this in your body.

It might be a heaviness on your shoulders,

It might be tension in your back if you feel like you're carrying a lot of things emotionally,

Mentally.

Think about any sensations that come up in your body,

Any thoughts that come up.

And just sit with them.

Tapping under the eye.

Sitting with the thoughts that are weighing on you.

Sitting with the emotions that are weighing on you.

Sitting with any sensations that you feel right now.

Tapping under the nose.

If you can visualize a color that you can associate with these emotions or sensations,

A name,

A word under the lip.

Ask yourself if you can take that sensation,

That emotion,

That color,

And if you can release it from your body.

Is there somewhere you can put that,

That overwhelm?

Tapping on the collarbone point.

Can you put that overwhelm in a box?

Can you put it in a bag?

Can you lay it on the floor?

Can you release it from your body,

From your frequency,

Just for the rest of the tapping session?

You can pick it up later,

You can pick it up tomorrow,

Or you can leave it where it is.

Tapping under the arm.

Imagine how it would feel or how it does feel to release that overwhelm,

Release that stuck emotion,

Release that stuck sensation.

Is it pain?

Is it heaviness?

Is it tingling?

Is it tightness?

Tapping on the top of the head.

If you can take this emotion,

Sensation,

This overwhelm,

And put it somewhere else,

How do you feel?

Do you feel lighter?

Do you feel stronger?

Do you feel more agile?

Do you feel more free?

Eyebrow point.

Allowing your body to relax and be free of this overwhelm.

Side of the eye.

Allowing your body to heal if it needs to heal,

To rest and restore if that's what it needs.

Under the eye.

Allowing yourself to be free for just a little bit longer today.

Under the nose.

Allowing all of the things that weigh on you to be weightless.

Under the chin.

Allowing yourself to just feel the feelings of being free,

Of letting go,

Of knowing that right now you don't need that overwhelm.

You're okay without that overwhelm.

Under the arm.

Breathing deeply.

And letting it go.

Tapping back on the top of the head.

I've released some of the overwhelm today.

And then eyebrow point and just repeat after me in your mind or out loud.

I'm allowing my body to feel free.

Side of the eye.

Allowing myself to be free of overwhelm.

Under the eye.

Allowing myself to breathe a little bit deeper now.

Under the lip.

Allowing myself to feel a little bit happier now.

Colorful.

Allowing myself the time and the space that I need.

Under the arm.

I honor the way that I feel right now.

Top of the head.

I honor all of the work that I have been doing throughout my life.

Eyebrow point.

I honor relaxation.

I honor letting go of some of this overwhelm now.

Under the eye.

I allow myself to be free of overwhelm if just for a few more minutes.

Under the nose.

I know that I can come back to whatever is overwhelming me at a later date or I can leave it where it is.

Under the lip.

I allow myself to move through the rest of my day with a clear head and an open mind.

Collar bow.

I trust myself and I trust my body.

It tells me what it needs.

Under the arm.

I honor all the ways that my body supports me.

And I am open to supporting it just the same.

Top of the head.

I honor all the work that I've done in the past.

I honor all the work that I am doing right now.

And I honor all the work that I am doing in the future.

And I am open to taking inspired action.

Whatever you stop tapping,

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Absolutely wonderful. I only wish there had been a quiet moment to consider where I feel the overwhelm, what color it might be, etc. I couldn’t think about that and listen simultaneously. Then it was on to the next. A minor quibble. I’ll be revisiting this for sure. Thank you
