Hello and Welcome, thank you for taking this time to connect with yourself. Today, we’ll focus on balancing your sacral chakra, the energy center located just below your navel. This chakra governs creativity, passion, and emotional well-being. Balancing this energy helps you feel joy, confidence, and connection.

Hello and welcome.

Thank you for taking this time to connect with yourself.

Today we'll focus on balancing your sacral chakra,

The energy center located just below your navel.

This chakra governs creativity,

Passion,

And emotional well-being.

Balancing this energy helps you feel joy,

Confidence,

And connection.

Find a comfortable seated or lying position.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

And a long exhale out through your mouth.

Let's begin.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Come to rest in whatever way feels most comfortable to you.

This can be seated or lying down.

Let your hands rest in your lap or gently at your sides.

Allow your eyes to fall closed.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the natural rhythm as it flows in and out.

Take a moment to deepen your breathing.

Inhale slowly for the count of four.

Hold for two.

And exhale out of your mouth for the count of six.

We'll do a couple more cycles together.

Inhale for four.

Hold for two.

Long exhale for six.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Last one.

Deep inhale.

Hold.

And long exhale,

Letting go of any tension.

As you sit in this stillness,

Check in with how you are feeling after that breathing exercise.

Are you feeling more relaxed?

Are there any areas in your body you are holding tension or tightness?

Begin to relax and release those areas with each breath.

Relax your face.

Unclench your jaw.

Relax the muscles in your neck and shoulders.

Send this relaxation down your arms and out your fingertips.

Relax your chest,

Your abdomen,

And hips.

Continue to send this flow of relaxation down through your legs and out your toes.

Notice how your body melts further into the floor below you.

Feel yourself being held by the earth.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Now shift your focus to the area just below your navel,

Your sacral chakra.

Imagine a warm,

Glowing orange light radiating from this space.

Visualize this light as vibrant and spinning gently in a clockwise direction.

With each inhale,

Imagine this orange light growing brighter,

Filling your abdomen with warmth and vitality.

With each exhale,

Release any blocks,

Doubts,

Or negative emotions stored in this area.

See them dissolving and fading away.

Repeat silently or aloud,

I am creative.

I am passionate.

I am balanced.

I am creative.

I am passionate.

I am balanced.

I am creative.

I am passionate.

I am balanced.

The sacral chakra is associated with the element of water,

Symbolizing flow and adaptability.

Imagine yourself immersed in a serene body of water.

This could be a warm ocean,

A tranquil lake,

Or a gentle river.

Wherever you find yourself,

Take in the beauty of this place.

Feel the water surrounding and supporting you,

Its movements soothing and calming.

As you are gently rocked by the water,

You feel warm,

Safe,

And at peace.

Picture the orange light of your sacral chakra blending with the water around you,

Creating ripples of energy that spread outward.

Each ripple represents your creativity,

Passion,

And emotional flow.

Allow the water to cleanse any remaining blocks,

Washing them away with its gentle current.

As you visualize this,

Embrace the qualities of water,

Fluidity,

Creativity,

And emotional ease.

Picture yourself moving through life with grace and competence,

Free of resistance and open to new experiences.

As you relax in the warm,

Healing embrace of the water,

Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.

I am in touch with my emotions and honor my feelings.

I am creative and embrace my unique expression.

I deserve pleasure,

Joy,

And passion in my life.

Feeling fully grounded in your body.

Come to a seated position if you are lying down,

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.
