But in truth,
If we slow down enough to listen,
We may find we already have more clarity than we realize.
This meditation will give you the space to slow down,
Soften the noise,
And reconnect to that inner knowing.
There's nothing you need to figure out right now,
Nothing to solve,
Nowhere to be.
Settle into a comfortable position.
Feel your body,
The edges of your body,
The space that you take up.
Feel the solidity of the earth beneath you,
Trusting in the support holding you here.
Let the eyelids soften,
Feel the jaw,
Let it relax,
Let the mind begin to unwind,
Release any tension in the shoulders.
Let your awareness open to the sounds around you.
Bring your attention to the subtle sound of the breath,
Softening your awareness away from the external world and into your internal space.
Take note of how you feel,
The fullness of who you are in this moment,
All that is present.
Feel the sensation of breath on the nostrils,
The left,
The right,
Both nostrils.
Notice where the breath travels in the body,
The quality and energy it holds.
Let yourself fully settle,
Each exhale releasing any residual tension or stress from the day.
Allow the breath to organically deepen,
Feeling into the natural ebb and flow,
Sinking into a state of calm and ease,
A place where inner trust can be felt.
Begin to listen to the quiet sounds of your body,
The sacred drum of your heart.
Listen closely,
Bring your awareness to your heart space,
Notice the sensations that are present,
The tone,
Quality,
The capacity the heart holds.
As you rest here,
Sense the quiet trust that lives within you,
A steady,
Unwavering wisdom,
A knowing that you already have what you need.
Resting in this feeling of grounded trust,
Repeat silently to yourself,
I trust my inner wisdom,
I trust my inner wisdom,
I trust in the process of life,
I trust in the process of life,
I love and accept myself just as I am,

I have everything I need within me,

Feel into this deep inner wisdom and trust that resides within you,
