Namaste,

My name is Soumya and this is Magical Manifestation Whatever your mind can conceive,

You can achieve.

You have at your disposal one of the most powerful tools accessible to mankind,

The power of your imagination.

Once you learn how to concentrate your mind and focus on that which you truly desire,

There is nothing keeping you from creating the life of your dreams.

This is not just hearsay,

Or words crafted to inspire you.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of this practice in my own life and have personally taught this technique in close circles to my students.

Post-practice,

Several of my students achieved what they otherwise considered impossible.

This is the first time I'm releasing an audio that you can practice along with anytime you want to.

There is only one rule as you do this.

Allow yourself to enjoy the process.

No pressure.

Bask in the feelings of joy and well-being as you daydream.

Are you ready to unleash your own magic?

Let us begin.

Settle down into a posture of your choice.

I recommend doing this in a place where you feel safe,

Comfortable and will not be disturbed for the duration of the practice.

There are four aspects to this technique.

Focus,

Gratitude,

Daydream and faith.

I shall guide you through each step.

Just relax and enjoy.

Close your eyes now.

Let your hands rest gently on your lap or on your thighs.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold and let it go.

Take another deep breath in.

Hold and release.

One more time at your own pace.

Breathe,

Hold and release.

Hold,

Let go.

Let us begin with the first step.

Focus.

Allow your breathing to be normal.

Let your breath flow in and out naturally,

Caressing and relaxing your entire body.

Let your awareness rest at the entrance of your nostrils.

Notice how the breath flows in and fills your whole body.

Observe how the breath flows out and relaxes the whole body.

Let your breath be your anchor.

Your guiding post through a storm.

With every outgoing breath,

Allow your body to rest even more,

For your mind to become even more settled.

Now,

With every incoming breath,

Repeat to yourself one.

One.

With every outgoing breath,

Repeat to yourself two.

Let us try this together for a few breaths.

Inhale one.

Exhale two.

One.

Two.

One.

Two.

One.

Two.

One.

Two.

Continue practicing on your own now.

Now,

It is time to release the count.

Take a deep breath in.

And let go.

Continue breathing normally as we move on to step two.

Gratitude.

Bring to your mind's eye any three things that you're grateful for today.

It could be someone you love,

Something you own,

Or even some experience.

Spend the next few minutes expressing gratitude for these three blessings in your life.

You may repeat to yourself,

I'm so happy and grateful because.

.

.

And then fill in the blank.

Time to practice.

Wonderful.

Hopefully,

You were able to imagine at least three things,

If not more.

Let these feelings of gratitude wash over you.

Moving on to step three.

Daydreaming.

Think about any one area of your life that you would like to transform.

It could be your health,

Your work,

Money,

Your love life,

Anything at all.

It could be your health,

Your work,

Money,

Your love life,

Anything at all.

I recommend focusing on only one area for this practice.

Great.

Now that you have figured out the area,

It is time to do some time travel.

You find yourself standing at a seashore.

The sun is just about beginning to rise in the horizon.

The night sky is gently changing hues,

Moving towards a calming blue color.

You can feel soft white sand underneath your feet.

There is a cool breeze flowing towards you.

It carries with it the scent of the sea.

You begin walking along the shore on this calm,

Promising morning.

As you continue walking,

You come across two armchairs placed next to each other.

The chairs are facing the ocean,

Kept at a comfortable distance.

Something tells you that it could be helpful to pause here.

You make your way to one of them.

You make your way to one of them and settle down comfortably.

It's soft and cushiony.

Your entire body relaxes as you settle down to enjoy the morning sun.

You feel curious about the second chair.

As you look to your left,

You find a figure walking towards you from a distance.

This person looks fit,

Healthy and vibrant.

You continue looking in that direction,

Waiting for them to come closer.

As they come close to you,

You feel a sense of warmth and comfort.

You realize it's your future self,

Waving and smiling at you.

They look and feel fresh,

Happy,

Excited to see you.

They are here to tell you about all the amazing things that you have been able to accomplish.

As they sit next to you,

They ask you to look towards the ocean.

A translucent screen appears in front of both of you,

Like a projector.

On it are displayed pictures from a future that is yet to unfold.

A future filled with joy,

Hope,

Abundance and happiness.

Look at the images carefully.

What do you see?

Do you see other people in the pictures?

How do you look and feel?

As the slideshow comes to an end,

You can look at the pictures again.

As the slideshow comes to an end,

Your future self turns to you and reaches out to hold your hand.

They have something to say.

Listen.

It is now time for you to come back to the present.

You get up from your chair and thank your future self for showing you what's possible.

If there is anything else that you would like to say,

Please do that now.

You begin walking back the way you had come,

Along the shore.

As you do that,

The images of the chairs and the sea begin to dissolve behind you.

As you continue walking,

You slowly find yourself coming back to your room,

Back to your physical body.

Continue breathing at your own pace.

As we move on to the final step,

Surrender.

Surrendering to whoever or whichever you consider to be your higher power.

It could be God,

Nature,

Love,

Or any name that you wish to give it.

For the good of all,

And to the harm that you have done to yourself and to others,

For the good of all,

And to the harm of none,

Everything I desire is already on its way.

I deserve the life that I'm manifesting,

And I embrace the life that is now unfolding before my eyes.

For the good of all,

Take a deep breath in,

And as you breathe out,

Surrender.
