Even for a few minutes every day.
Whatever is going on externally,
In the office,
At home,
Wherever,
Will continue to be.
Negative thoughts don't need to be repetitive.
You heard them the first time.
Replace negative chatter by applying positive ease.
Practice radiating from a point of light.
What does that mean?
If you're not sitting down with your feet planted on the ground,
Do so now.

Take a big inhale for one,
Two,

Deep exhale for three,

Let's do that again.
Take a deep,
Big inhale for three,

Sitting still is one thing,
But being still means checking in on your inner conversations.
Are you dwelling on distraction?
Is it helpful?
Ask yourself,
Am I okay?
How do I feel?
Then ask yourself,
Okay,
Now what's going on?
You may have heard people mention your third eye.
How do you focus inward and meditate from there?
Let's practice a method.
With one hand,
Place two fingers between your eyes and eyebrows.
With the other hand,
Place two fingers at the top of your head.
Imagine where those two lines would intersect inside your head behind your eyes.
That point is considered your third eye.
It is a point of light.
In Raja Yoga,
This is your main center of connection to the divine and inner self.
As you practice picturing that intersecting point,
Let's inhale and imagine that point of light accessing you.
As you exhale,
Imagine that point of light expanding into a bright sunburst,
The rays filling your head with warm,
Golden light.
Hold the breath.
Exhale,
Watching the rays fade and the light gets smaller,
Returning to a point of light.
Let's repeat.
Let's do that again.
Let's inhale,
Imagining that that point of light is expanding into a bright sunburst.
The rays are filling your head with warm,
Golden light.
Hold.
Exhale,
Watching the rays get smaller and the light returning to a point of light.
Breathe normally.
Let's do that one last time.
Inhale.
Imagine the point of light expanding into a bright sunburst,
The rays filling your head with warm,
Golden light.
Hold the breath.
Exhale,
Watching the rays get smaller and the light becoming smaller to a point of light.
This is a peaceful space.
Breathe normally.
Let's take a big inhale.
Fill yourself with light.
Be a point of light.
Deep exhale.
Let's do that one more time.
Inhale.
Imagine the point of light.
I invite you to be still,
My friend.
You are the creator of your thoughts.
Let's create a positive thought.
We can highlight taking care of our thoughts.
Repeat,
I take care of my thoughts.
I am light.
I am light.
Allow that energy to flow outward.
Take a big inhale and a deep exhale.
Experiment checking in with your thoughts throughout the day.
Remind yourself,
