Very powerful energetic practice.

You could call it a shamanic journey if you wanna call it that.

So what are we gonna do?
We're gonna sit in an upright position.
We're simply getting ourselves nice and warmed up to get into the journey together.
I'll guide you every step of the way.
So maybe wiggle a little bit.
Talked a lot,
We've processed a lot.
Shake it off a little bit.
If you,
Ah,
Shake it out,
Exhales.
And then gathering yourself in a still position,
In a still position.
Sitting upright in a posture that's both awake and relaxed.
Bringing your hand,
One hand to the heart,
One hand to the stomach.
If you're not already breathing through your nostrils,
On the inhale and the exhale,
Filling the diaphragm.
On the inhale,
Contracting it on the exhale,
Letting your belly contract towards your spine.
On the inhale,
Using your nostril.
On the exhale,
Using your nostril.
As you fill up,
Filling your belly,
Using your diaphragm,
That muscle under your lungs,
Contracting on the exhale.
Allow yourself more and more with your hands to anchor to your body.
With this breath,
Drop in and deeper into your awareness,
Deeper into your inner landscape.
As we start to prepare this divine journey up to your origin point,
To remember more of who you are and why you came here this lifetime.
Breathing in and out,
One hand on heart,
One hand on stomach.
Those nostrils doing the breathing,
The diaphragm doing the pumping.
See if you can drop that diaphragm down on the inhale.
And on the exhale,
Feel it pumping back up.
Really allow yourself to drop in,
Open,
Center,
And arrive.
Every breath dropping out of the mind more,
Into the body more,
Wherever your hands are.
Every breath going deeper and deeper within,
Deeper and deeper into the subtle field of energy.
Nowhere to go,
Nowhere to be.
I am safe,
Rubbing your chest a bit.
This is me,
I'm safe.
There's nowhere to go,
Nowhere to be.
Doing great.
Allow yourself to really inhale and exhale into being here now,
Into knowing it's okay.
You can take up space.
Take up more space with your breath,
More space with your energy,
More space with your body.
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
And allowing yourself to drop deeper and deeper,
Be more fully present.
Inhaling,
Feeling that diaphragm dropping,
Filling up.
Exhaling,
Feeling the diaphragm contracting,
Pumping back up.
On the next inhale,
I want you to drop all the way down to the bottom of your butt,
To where your perineum is between your privates and your anus.
It's at the very bottom of your spine,
Literally letting all of you,
Your breath,
Your mind,
Your heart,
Your energy,
All of you drop down all the way as best as you can to the bottom of your seat,
To your perineum,
Where the root chakra,
Some people call it the root chakra.
It's literally an energetic center.
You don't have to even call it that.
As you arrive here,
Breathing into this center,
Physically breathing as best as you can into the lower diaphragm,
Into the pelvic floor.
Inhale,
Feeling that area as best as you can,
Filling up.
Exhale,
Feeling the perineum and that root pelvic floor area,
Relaxing,
Feeling the root energetic center opening.
Inhaling and exhaling here through this root.
No right or wrong.
Continue to follow my guidance as we start to get into this.
Continue to do your best as you breathe into your root,
In and out,
Feeling this energy center and this physical area of your body.
Breathing in and out,
Pulsing with life force.
On the next exhale,
Go up about a couple of inches,
A few inches to your pubic region.
Literally going straight up from the perineum,
Maybe traveling using the spine as the corridor elevator up to where your sacral region is,
More of your pelvic pubic region.
And arrive here,
Feeling the root continuing to breathe and pulse,
And now focusing on this pelvic region.
Some people,
Some traditions,
Some energy scientists call it the sacral chakra.
Whatever you wanna call it,
There's a very real energy center and a very real physical center here.
Breathing into it now,
Connecting with it,
With our breath,
Attuning to it and opening it,
Opening the sacral,
Connecting with it with every breath,
Feeling the energetic center opening and relaxing as much as the pelvic pubic region,
Lower back region opening and relaxing,
Both the physical and energetic,
Connecting and breathing into the sacral center.
On the next exhale,
Going up one more time,
Traveling up the spine,
Central column,
Up to a little bit above your belly button and stopping here at the solar plexus,
Center of the abdomen,
Known as the solar plexus chakra or the power center.
You're trying to breathe and connect with this power center of the solar plexus chakra,
Both the physical and the energetic gate,
Feeling and breathing into the center of your abdomen,
Your middle back,
Using the diaphragm,
Breathing and feeling into the energy of the solar plexus,
Connecting and opening with it with every breath.
Noticing and feeling the sacral and the root below it,
Primarily focused and tuned in on the solar plexus now,
Opening and breathing into it and connecting with it.
Breathing in and out,
Feeling the root all the way up to the power center now,
Connecting and pulsing in unison,
Concentrating or focusing,
I should say,
On the solar plexus.
Breathing in and out,
Opening and connecting your solar plexus with every breath.
And on the next inhale,
Going up again now to where one hand is on your heart,
Arriving at the heart,
But the physical heart chakra,
The energetic heart chakra,
Excuse me,
The physical heart center and the energetic heart chakra.
Breathing and feeling your hand on your heart,
Breathing and noticing the back of your heart,
The top,
The sides,
The fullness of both the physical heart center and the energetic heart chakra,
Breathing and connecting with it now.
Breathing in and connecting and attuning with this heart chakra,
This heart center,
Opening the physical and the energetic more and more with every inhale.
Noticing and feeling the three lower centers,
Pulsing and pumping all the way up to the heart in unison with the heart that we're focusing on,
More and more breathing and opening the heart center and the heart physical region.
Front,
Back,
All of it opening more and more.
And on the next inhale,
Exhale,
Going up another time,
A little bit higher than the heart,
Arriving at the throat region,
Trying to breathe into the throat region,
Connecting both with the physical throat and the energy of the throat chakra.
Breathing into this center in this physical region,
Opening it and feeling it physically relaxed and the energy gate opening more and more with every breath.
Breathing in and feeling and noticing and intending for the throat to open,
Feeling and sensing the four lower centers and gates pumping and pulsing in unison,
Focusing on the solar,
Excuse me,
On the throat.
Throat opening and connecting with it more and more with every breath,
With every inhale.
On the next inhale,
Traveling up a little bit further to the center of the head.
The center of the head has both the mind center,
That's one name for it,
Or the third eye chakra is what some people call it.
So breathing into this middle of your head,
Feeling all these five lower centers,
Throat,
Heart,
Solar plexus,
Sacral and root,
Pulsing in the background,
You now honing in,
Focusing your awareness and intention and breath into the third eye as you connect and open it with your breath.
Feeling this energy center as well as the physical center of your head,
Relaxing and opening and expanding.
On the next inhale,
Exhale,
Going up one last time to the top of the head,
To the literal crown of the head.
Noticing all of these lower centers down the central column,
Focusing and localizing to the crown now,
Breathing and opening into this gate,
Literally feeling the top of your head as you breathe into it.
Maybe you can relax the physical region as much as you're opening the energetics of this gate,
Literally like opening the sunroof or the moonroof of a car.
As you breathe,
Open this crown with energetically and physically connecting with it and opening it.
Allowing yourself to breathe,
Feeling your torso,
Your hands on your heart and stomach,
Feeling all these energy centers all the way up to the crown.
And on the next exhale,
I want you to drop all the way down like you're connecting all these centers as you exhale,
Drop all the way down,
Third eye,
Throat,
Heart,
Sink all the way,
Solar plexus,
Sacral,
All the way to the root and then inhale and come back up,
Connecting these dots with your breath,
Sinking these energy gates with your breath as you inhale up,
Pass your breath,
Trace your breath through these centers all the way up to the top of the head and exhaling back down.
Feeling all these centers from the root all the way up,
Exhaling down all the centers from the crown all the way down.
Feeling the fullness of this breath cycle,
Allowing it to continue.
Noticing above your head now,
Allow that breath to continue,
Allow yourself the next time you're at the top of your head to pause,
Allow that breath to continue in the background,
In the foreground.
I want you to notice yourself starting to breathe and starting to look above your head,
Above the crown,
Not literally,
With your mind's eye and your inner field of awareness.
I want you to turn your awareness up above the crown.
There's a gateway,
There's a portal.
It's like a door or valve.
Maybe it's an orb of energy.
If you're not seeing anything,
That's okay too.
Maybe you're sensing it.
Whatever is happening as we start to connect with the gateway that we're gonna use to travel upwards,
Feeling above your crown,
A few inches,
There sits this gateway,
This portal,
Starting to breathe and connect with it.
What color is it?
What texture is it?
What shape is it?
Each of yours is gonna be different.
Given where you're at on your journey,
Starting to connect with the soul stream,
This portal known as the soul stream.
Maybe it has a color or hue,
Slowly starting to drift up into it as if you're shrinking down,
Shrinking down all the way down with every breath you take,
Starting to literally go up into this portal,
Literally feel yourself entering this portal.
And as you do,
Feel and sense with your breath,
As you inhale and exhale,
Allow yourself to actually enter this stream known as your soul stream.
As you inhale,
Starting to feel yourself enter this stream and starting to go higher and higher with every inhale.
And as you do,
Feeling yourself getting lighter and lighter as if you're literally dissolving,
As if you're dissolving more and more into light energy as you start to pass through this portal,
Through this gateway,
Starting to drift higher and higher as you inhale up,
Exhale down,
Keeping that breath cycle going.
And with every breath cycle you take,
Starting to stream up through this soul stream,
Starting to drift higher and higher with every inhale,
Going beyond the room,
Traveling up into the atmosphere,
Feeling yourself being transported higher and higher into space,
Going all the way up into the higher realms of space.
Noticing this soul stream continues to operate as a gateway,
As a elevator of sorts,
Continuing to breathe and allow yourself to drift higher and higher,
To travel higher and higher through the soul stream,
Allowing yourself to dissipate into pure light energy while you're traveling,
Going all the way up.
Maybe you're going through the Milky Way galaxy or a different corridor,
Continuing to travel,
Going all the way up,
Saying out loud,
I choose to go up to my Godhead gateway.
Don't have to understand what that means.
We're gonna literally go all the way up to the last point that we can before we stop being an I.
You're gonna travel all the way with your breath,
Allowing what's happening to happen,
Arriving at this plane.
Literally,
It's as if you're coming out the other side of a pipe,
Coming out the other side of a tube,
Out this gateway,
Out this corridor,
Starting to walk onto this plane,
Arriving and assimilating,
Taking a moment to breathe.
It may be pure,
Unadulterated light energy.
It could feel like space.
Many things happening for each of you.
Take a moment to breathe,
Inhale,
Saying out loud,
I'm both in my body and I'm both in these higher planes.
I'm both in my body and I'm in these higher planes.
Feeling yourself,
Noticing where you're at as you get out of this Godhead gateway,
Arriving in these celestial divine realms,
Proverbially in the stars.
And as you breathe,
Allow yourself,
Take another moment to assimilate and ground here.
What are you noticing?
Let your five senses acclimate.
What is your inner sight,
Your inner sight,
Visualization showing you?
Are there any sounds?
Are there any feelings on your skin?
Are any smells or tastes?
Taking a moment further to assimilate to this realm,
This divine origin realm,
All the way up in the celestial divine space plane.
When you feel ready,
I want you to see yourself as if you're bowing up there and you're going to bow for a second,
Lowering your hands,
Not doing it literally.
If you want to literally do it too in your physical form,
Only continuing that breath,
Seeing yourself bowing and saying out loud,
It's time.
I'm ready to meet with the divine aspect of myself that's ready for God and me to meet it.
I call forth the divine aspect of myself,
The higher part of me.
It's not your higher self.
You could call it your star origin,
Your divine origin,
Or if you don't have one,
Maybe it's your past life you need to connect with.
So bowing and asking God,
That part of me that I need to see now,
Either the higher divine origin part or this other past part of me.
I ask that it take shape and appear now.
Make sure you're doing it from a heartfelt and intentional place,
Seeing yourself standing there.
Maybe they're appearing already.
If it's taking time,
You can say,
It's okay,
It's safe.
I'm ready.
Please take shape.
This higher aspect of yourself appearing more and more with every breath you take,
Breathing up through these centers in your body,
Exhaling down,
Feeling yourself before this being starting to manifest,
Take form.
Some of you may see it take shape.
Some of you may see it as energy or sensation,
Whatever is happening.
And if nothing's happening,
That's okay too.
Continue to do your best.
Everything's happening in accordance to the divine.
Feeling and sensing this divine part of you appearing more and more.
As you breathe,
Feel and sense a cord of light coming out of your heart towards what would be its heart.
If it doesn't have a shape and it's only an energy or a sense or color,
Go towards the center of it,
Where the center of the heart would be.
So as you breathe,
Feel like an umbilical cord,
A cord of light coming out of your heart,
Growing out towards this higher part of you,
This divine origin part of you,
This part of you that's either from the stars or another timeline that is ready,
That God has ordained,
Is ready for you to connect with.
Breathing and allowing them as you connect from heart to heart.
As you breathe,
Start to feel a pulse of life force going from this end of the cord out towards this other part of you.
And as you exhale,
Feel them pulsing and connecting back with you.
Inhale,
Feeling yourself putting a lot of light and life force into this cord of light from your heart to theirs.
And as you exhale,
Feel them responding back with a pulse of energy through this cord back to you.
Inhale and connect.
Exhale and feel them connecting back with you.
And when you feel ready,
Tell them and ask them for what you are ready to hear,
Or maybe you have an intention,
Or see what comes through.
Maybe you can say,
I'm ready for this transmission and activation,
This divine transmission and this divine activation.
Or maybe you have a specific request for them.
Whatever it is,
Literally let the words come out of your mouth and feel the energy going from this heart to this other part of you.
Through this beam of light,
Through this cord of light to it,
And from it back to you,
Starting to communicate.
It's time.
Show me what I need to see.
Tell me what I need to hear.
Give me the energies that I need to receive and integrate and activate.
I am ready in the name of the one.
Breathing.
Maybe they're talking to you.
Maybe they're giving you energy.
Maybe they're sensations or colors.
Whatever is happening,
Allow and breathe.
Feeling the energies,
Being with your breath and your body,
Being with the energy in this higher plane.
Feeling this part of you connecting with you and offering what you're asking for.
This divine transmission and activation more and more.
What do you need to ask of them or share with them?
If they're unclear,
Tell them.

Elaborate.
Ask and ye shall receive.
There's no limit here.
Use your power and communicate with them back and forth.
As you breathe in,
Feel whatever they're giving you,
Absorbing into you,
Literally you breathing it into your mind,

Feeling more and more and allowing more and more of an integration of this transmission and activation.
Feeling more and more of the energies between you and this divine origin part of you.

What do you need from them or would like from them?

And you can allow this to continue.

You're going to literally ask them to form a divine wheel.
It's like a circle of light that starts to appear around you.
It's like a wheel.
As you're connecting with this higher part of you,
This divine origin part of you,
Starting to see yourself standing in this divine wheel that starts to appear around you.
It's like a circle all around you with you at its center,
Glowing at the center.
Feeling the energies of this divine origin part of you pumping into this wheel,
You at the center of the wheel,
Receiving these energies,
Seeing spokes on the wheel,
Different lines coming out from the center.
These lines are your other timelines,
The other dimensional realms you've been in.
Each one is a different avenue.
Feeling this divine wheel of your multidimensional existence lighting up around you.
You at its center.
As you breathe in and out,
Connecting with this divine origin,
This activation and transmission,
Feel a pumping coming into you at the center of the wheel.
Feel more and more the spokes of the wheel,
The center of the wheel,
The entirety of the wheel,
Lighting up with divine energy.
And asking God to pull in from these various spokes,
These various timelines and dimensional threads that appear as like spokes,
Lines connecting to you in the center of this wheel.

Let it be shown to you or maybe a felt sense or an intuitive hit.
Continuing to breathe.

As if you're literally drinking through a straw,
These spokes of the wheel that light up more and more,
Maybe they're colors to each of the ones that you need,
Starting to draw those energies down into you,
Literally the center of the wheel.
Breathing like you're drawing in through a straw each spoke,
Breathing that energy into you,
The center of the wheel,
The ones that your soul needs right now,
Your soul needs right now on this journey at this time.
As you breathe,
Drawing that energy in the center of the wheel,
Drawing these energies from these other timelines and divine dimensions into you at the center of this divine wheel,
This divine origin part of you standing before you,
Continuing to support this,
Continuing to transmit through this heart connection,
You now in this wheel.
Starting to breathe them deeper into you.
Maybe they're skills,
Insights,
Powers,
Energies,
Or activations,
Or maybe it's information.
Whatever is happening for each of you,
It's going to be different.
Continue to allow and breathe those energies in like you're drinking through a straw,
All the spokes,
Drawing it into the center,

Into the nervous system,
Into the brain matter and the neurosynapses,
Into the spinal column and the cerebral spinal fluid,
Soaking it up into the entirety of the mind system,

The physical heart,
The emotional landscape of the biochemistry,
As well as the energetic landscape of your heart scape,
Breathing all of these energies from the spokes of this divine wheel,
As well as this transmission from the heart of your divine origin,
Part of you to you.
Breathing it into the mind,
The heart,
And now breathing it into the cells,
Breathing it into every part of your body,
Every organ,
Every system,
All the way down into the DNA,
All the way down into every cellular atom of you,
Breathing and drinking it in.
Breathing and drinking it also into your energy systems within you,
Your pathways,

As well as the entirety of your biofield,
Your auric field.

And the energy systems,
The four systems that make you,
You drinking these energies up,
You at the center,
You at the center of this divine wheel,

As you start to fully charge,

Drink them in through your breath into these four systems.

One wish that you wish for yourself,
That you also wish for every being on this planet.

Feel it beaming out of the wheel like a laser,
Down from the heavens,
All the way down,
As if you're God's laser beam from this wheel,
Beaming down this wish that you have for yourself,
Down into this plane called Earth.
For all beings,
Not only human,
What is it that wish that you have?
Continue to breathe it in,
Into yourself,
And now emanating it down,
Down all the way from this heavenly plane,
Down into the Earth.
May all these beings receive this.

Brothers and sisters,
All of this.
Say that to them as you wish it for yourself.
Breathing and feeling and pulsing this beam out into the world,
This intentional energy beaming out from you at the center of this wheel,
Through all the hearts and all the minds,
All the energies and bodies on the planet.
Feel all of our beams now starting to harmonize,
All of our individual beams becoming one big,
Massive beam.
More and more of these divine intentions,
Mixing like a divine cocktail into a divine rainbow of our energies,
Of our intentions,
Of our divine wishes,
Beaming down jointly into this Earth.
And seeing the Earth now at the center of its own divine wheel that is being activated,
Restored,
And upgraded,
Beaming all the way down from the heavens into the Earth,
And now feeling and sensing the Earth in its own wheel.
We ask for the protection of this planet and all of the light workers,
All of God's divine agents,
All of the new Earth leaders,
Including ourselves.
We ask for all of those that are stepping up to have the courage.
We ask for all of those that are stepping into leadership more and more to have the embodied knowing.
Continuing to breathe and feel that energy basking down,
Churning your awareness back up to the divine being before you,
Giving thanks to this divine being for this transmission,

Starting to enter the atmosphere of this planet,
Starting to come back into the house you're in or place you're in and residence back into your physical body,
Coming out of the gateway into your crown,
Literally coming back into your body,
Breathing and saying out loud,
I integrate and ground these energies into all parts of me.

Gently taking your time to return to this physical body,
Taking your time to wiggle your fingers and toes,
