At this time,

I'd like to invite you to gently close your eyes,

Beginning to call your awareness inside.

Beginning to deepen and elongate your breath.

Intentionally inviting your breath to be deeper and slower than the way you normally breathe.

As you begin settling into your body with the breath,

Let the breath begin to soothe you,

To relax you,

To move through the spaces in your body where there's tension and resistance,

And help release you.

Feel the breath inviting you in,

Calling you into this present moment.

Feel as your mind slows down with the breath,

And your body begins surrendering with the breath.

Invite this breath to move through you and settle you.

Feel as you come into a deeper space of calm.

Feel as each breath calls you more deeply into this present moment.

And as you breathe more deeply and more slowly,

Breathe into the areas of your body that are resisting this stillness.

Breathe into the spaces in your field that are resisting the comfort and ease of the present.

And allow the breath to move out anything that isn't serving you at this time.

And let the resistance melt away.

Let the many thought leaves fade away.

And continuously return your attention to your breath.

To this very present moment.

Notice if there's a part of you that doesn't want to let go.

Notice if there's a space within you that doesn't want to relax.

And call the breath into this space.

Call your awareness into this place.

And bring your presence into this moment.

As you breathe with your body.

As you breathe with your spirit.

And feel as this breath opens you and begins to expand you.

Now,

Call this precious breath into the space of your heart.

And feel as you breathe into your heart.

Feel the presence of your spirit.

Of your wholeness.

Of your worthiness.

With each breath,

Fall more deeply into the presence of your heart.

And if you find your mind trying to distract you away from the presence of your heart.

Just gently observe whatever is coming up.

Trusting there's a greater purpose.

Witnessing any thoughts in love.

And then intentionally calling your awareness into this space.

Back to the breath.

Back to the depths of your heart.

Not needing to be anywhere else but here.

Witnessing all of your power here.

Witnessing the expanse of your being.

Checking in with your breathing once more.

Allowing each breath into your heart to be longer and deeper than before.

Feeling as this breath expands you.

Nourishes you.

Guides you.

Still breathing deep.

And still breathing slow.

Invite this breath to flow into any spaces that are resisting your own expansion.

Invite this breath to move into any areas of your body that are still trying to play small.

And hide from life.

And feel as this breath from your heart moves through you.

Cleansing and clearing you.

Expanding you.

Allowing yourself to truly feel this expansion of your heart.

Of your spirit.

Feel as the form of the self dissolves.

And you open yourself up.

And you open yourself up to the infinite.

Trust where you are.

And surrender a little more.

Breathing deep,

Trust in your own expansion.

Trust in the power of your presence.

With each breath,

Feel as your body becomes lighter.

Feel as you more deeply connect with the wisdom of your own wholeness.

Feel as the barriers and boundaries fade away.

And you're more deeply connected with all that is.

More deeply expanded into the presence of your heart.

And take a moment to feel what's shifted within you.

To feel the change in energy.

To feel the openness of your heart and the expanse of your spirit.

And then gently begin bringing your awareness back to the physical space that holds you.

As you call yourself back,

Holding this expansion of your heart.

Holding this new way of being.

Maybe you allow your body to move and integrate this expanse.

To feel into this expanse.

And when the moment arrives,

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And greet the world in this new way of being.

And greet the world in this new present time.
