Now is a perfect time to find that comfortable space,
That comfortable seat.
And to really begin settling in.
If you haven't already,
Maybe gently closing your eyes and really letting your awareness drift inside.
Taking a moment to connect with the breath.
And to just simply be here.
Witnessing and observing each breath as it flows in through your nostrils and into your lungs.
Hoping to relax and calm the body.
And fully pull you and call you into this present moment.
Right here.
As you continue to follow the breath,
As you continue to be present here in this moment,
I invite you to bring this breath into any spaces in your body that are holding on to tension or experiencing a little resistance.
Letting the breath in and letting it relax and soothe you.
Noticing if you're gripping in your eyebrows or anywhere in your face.
Just gently letting your face surrender and relax with the breath.
Noticing if you're holding tension in the shoulders and just letting the shoulders melt and relax with the breath.
Maybe you feel some tightness in your stomach and your abdomen.
Just breathing into this space.
Letting the breath release the tension and let go of any resistance.
And feeling into your hips and thighs and legs and bringing the breath into any space where you feel gripping,
Unease.
Just letting the breath soothe you and relax you.
And then traveling back up and moving into your heart space.
Bringing both your awareness and your breath into the precious and sacred space of your heart.
Maybe even letting your breath deepen and soften just a little more as you breathe into your precious heart.
Letting your body feel at ease,
Letting your mind slow even more.
And simply taking a moment to be here with your heart as you breathe.
Letting your body feel at ease,

Now,
As you continue to breathe and surrender to the heart,
I invite you to call up that moment in time when a friend came to your divine assistance.
Call up that person who has guided you and helped you and provided you with a shelter for many or any of the storms of life.
Bring them into your sacred heart,
Wrapping them in the energy of gratitude and appreciation for all that they are,
For all that they've helped you through.
And with each breath,
Let this feeling of gratitude for their friendship grow stronger and stronger.
Visualize them held and lifted by this energy of love fueled by your grateful heart.
Let yourself fully embrace this energy of gratitude for the friendship of another,
For the comfort and protection this friendship provides.
And if you feel your mind trying to distract you or call you away from this precious gift of gratitude,
Just gently observe whatever is there and then call your awareness back to your heart,
Back to your breath,
And back to this experience of the energy of gratitude for the friends in your life that have stood by your side and helped you along this journey of life.
With each breath,
Letting this feeling of appreciation and thankfulness become stronger and more amplified,
Fully holding your friend in the energy of friendship,
In the light of love fueled by your gratitude.

A point in time when you were that friend that guarded and safeguarded another and helped provide them a shelter through the storms of life.
Can you feel gratitude and appreciation for your own heart,
For showing up for your friend when you are needed the most?
Can you send gratitude to your own heart for hearing the call and the divine guidance that led you to that moment in time?
With each breath,
Can you let this gratitude and appreciation for your own heart and the friendship it has provided become stronger and more amplified?
Can you experience the ways in which you have shown up more than you have given yourself credit for?
Can you really appreciate your heart now?
Are you having anyission friends?
Still breathing deep.
Still breathing into your precious heart.
Letting yourself fully experience the love of your heart.
Fully experience the ways in which you have showed up for the call of friendship.
Now for a moment,
While focused in your heart,
Can you really embrace the feeling of friendship and of appreciation for the shelter that friendship can provide.

Can you begin sending this energy out into the world around you?
Sharing this energy with the collective heart.
Helping all those across the world who are calling for a friend to feel held,
To feel protected and safe.
Sending this energy out from your heart and observing as it touches the hearts of all those across the world who are praying for friendship,

Watching as this energy enters their heart and uplifts them,
Loves them,
Provides them with safety.
All fueled with grace and gratitude of your own divine heart.
