Thank you so much for showing up to this track today My name is Jess and I want to walk you through a quick gratitude practice so in times of uncertainty or chaos or Stress we can tend to forget all the things that are already going so well within our lives So in moments like those tuning into gratitude gratitude for our bodies gratitude for our health Gratitude for all the ways that we've survived all of our hardest moments Gratitude for ourselves for showing up to this new day Tuning into gratitude can be such an effective way to Lean into the present moment and remember what is already going so well in our lives on the way to So much more that's coming so I hope that being able to Tune into things that you're grateful for Really allows you to remember the beauty that is within you And around you Thank you for being here and I look forward to catching you again in the next track
