Welcome to our Dreamland adventure to Bali.
You don't need to pack anything or do anything at all.
Find a comfortable position and let's go for a ride.
Imagine looking up into the sky and connecting to the light all the way up there.
Breathe it in.
Let go of that breath completely.
Let's take another breath in.
Can you feel your lungs filling up?
On your next breath out,
Can you feel your lungs empty out the air?
On your next breath in,
Imagine flying high into the sky.
You aren't alone.
I'm with you.
And you can also imagine any of your friends and family with you on the ride.
It's up to you whether you invite anyone on your adventure.
We are heading out over the Pacific Ocean all the way to Indonesia,
Where we'll explore the sights of Bali and finish on a smaller island chain called the Ghillies.
For now,
Your breath will help get us there.
The slower,
Easier breath you take,
The smoother the ride.
As we fly into the air,
We see huge,
Fluffy,
White clouds and bright blue sky.
Take a look below and wave goodbye to your home as we leave your neighborhood and take ourselves across your town.
We soar into the sky and take steady,
Smooth breaths.
We have all the time to get there.
Enjoy your breath as we soar over thousands of miles of deep,
Blue ocean water.
Take a smooth,
Slow inhale and observe your breath out.
Watch your next breath in and then take a smooth,
Slow exhale out.
Great breathing.
Up ahead,
I can start to see the shape of the island in the distance.
Can you see the crystal blue water surrounding the tropical island known as Bali?
From way up here in the sky,
You can see peaks of the volcanic mountains in the distance.
Let's use our steady breaths to take us right over the waves rolling in to the sandy beaches and head in toward the center of the island.
Breathe all the way out and then watch your body welcome the next inhale into your body.
If you look down,
You might see fields of rice paddies lined with coconut trees.
The hillsides are packed with fields growing rice.
This crop is blanketing all the land below us.
You can see the villagers walking through the fields with hats to protect them from the strong sun.
There are green,
Young coconuts hanging off the palm trees and brown,
Hardened coconuts laying on the ground underneath the trees.
The sky is bright blue and everything below is bright green.
Invite slow,
Deep breaths in as you take in all the bright colors around us.
You can look towards the right.
You can look towards the left.
You can look down.
Take your attention off the colors for a moment and turn your attention towards your breath.
Can you slow down and smooth out your next breath in?
Good.
Now can you watch your next breath out?
Well done.
That is the exact breath we need to fly ourselves over to the monkey forest.
Keep breathing just like that and I'll take us all the way into the city of Abud to that special forest full of monkeys.
Can you start to hear the monkeys up ahead?
I hear a big group of them talking and laughing with each other.
We must be getting close to them.
The area is heavily forested.
Big,
Beautiful trees are all around us with solid branches full of green leaves.
There are streams of water flowing around the trees and underneath the walkways below.
Slow,
Steady breaths in and out.
Let's use our breath to lower ourselves down just a little bit.
Oh goodness,
In every direction you can see playful monkeys bouncing around,
Jumping from branch to branch.
Let's fly a little closer.
Can you see the little ones playing with each other on the ground down below?
Oh,
And you can see the mom monkey carrying her little baby.
Take a breath in and picture the smells surrounding you in this forest.
Ripe bananas,
The forest leaves,
The nutrient-dense,
Dark brown dirt and soil.
See if you can hear the trickle of water of the stream below us.
Take a few more steady,
Smooth,
And gentle breaths in.
And then let them go all the way out,
Giving your lungs plenty of time to fill up and empty out.
What a beautiful sight to see.
The forest is alive with birds,
Monkeys,
And people.
Everyone,
Including the animals,
Seem happy,
Relaxed,
And peaceful.
Take a last look at the forest.
Enjoy one more breath here.
And let's use a smooth,
Easy breath in and continue our way out toward the ocean again.
The smoother the breath,
The less bumpy the flight.

Let's soar over those big waves below us.
Do you see the surfers riding those big waves?
We are safe and far above them in this beautiful shoreline.
If you want,
You can use your breath to dip down a little lower to enjoy the mist of the ocean spray.
Refreshing and cool.
Invite a breath in and let a big breath out.
Let's use this breath to head out to the Gili Islands,
A small island chain off the mainland of Bali.
As we float high above the water,
We can observe the reefs for as long as our eyes can see.
Huge fish as big as us are swimming below.
They're called mola mola or also known as the ocean sunfish.
There's a sea turtle to the right and so many different schools of fish.
The fish are every single color you can imagine.
They are so colorful.
It's as if a rainbow is below us full of fish.
The water is packed with wildlife.
Let's use our smooth,
Steady breath in and out to glide over the water.
As we ride through the air,
We are coming closer and closer to a pleasant spot on the middle island in the Gili Island chain.
Let's land over there on the sand in the shade underneath those palm trees.
There's a clean blanket for us to rest on and take in the scene.
Let's savor the next few breaths.
We just took quite a flight.
Allow your body to start to release into the blanket and the sand beneath us.
As you breathe,
Can you notice where your breath is moving in your body?
What would it look like to take all of your focus and let your mind watch your next inhale?
And then shift all that focus onto your next exhale.
As we rest on the blanket,
Can you feel the breeze,
The wind brush up against your skin?
The gentle breeze.
Can you smell the scent of the ocean?
The fresh salt water waves rolling into the shore and back into the ocean.
Let's take a few moments to breathe,
Imagine,
And experience.
Stay connected to your imagination.
Stay connected to your breath as the waves roll in and the waves roll out.
We can feel the oxygen entering and exiting our lungs with a special awareness we didn't have before.
Through our travels and flight,
We are able to change our breath.
Now we get to just observe the breath.
The rhythm of movement happening within our bodies as each breath comes in and each breath goes out.
As we gaze upon the ocean scene,
We start to get a little tired.
So much so,
It might feel really good to lie down and gaze up at the clouds above us.
Looking up at the sky,
We see the clouds are moving at a super slow pace,
Just like our breath.
The breath is easy,
Uncontrolled.
We begin to feel our feet soften and our lower legs.
Then this relaxation spreads to our upper legs and hips.
Our back muscles start to soften and release.
Those strong muscles begin to let go.
The shoulders are wide and the arms rest.
The belly button rises and falls with each breath.
The chest expands and settles back in.
The throat softens and then the lips,
Cheeks,
And forehead.
And all the muscles in your face begin to get heavy.
Nice and heavy.
Relaxed.
You notice the breath moving in and out at the very tip of your nose,
Knowing that you don't have to control the breath.
The breath will happen on its own.
Your body is taking care to breathe for you.
Your mind and body get to fully appreciate this downtime.
These moments you have created for yourself.
You can choose to drift off into sleep,
Or if you want,
You can stay here for as long as you want.
And when you're ready,
You can begin to breathe in a deeper breath and wiggle your body awake.
