Hi,
Little one.
You are doing such a good job being a baby.
You are communicating your needs and adjusting to life Earth side so well.
There's a lot going on in your world.
I can only begin to imagine how overwhelming it is.
What would it look like if we took some time to unwind and take some of the pressure off?
I'll be here to walk you through the process.
You do you.
If you need to move or make noise or even cry,
You can.
I'll continue to guide you and you can keep coming back to my voice each time you're pulled away.
There are zero expectations.
You don't need to do anything.
There isn't any pressure to have a certain experience or outcome.
I'll be here the whole time walking you through this full body relaxation.
Let's first begin by noticing the breath.
Consider shifting your attention to your nose.
Can you feel the air moving in through the nose and out through the nose?
You might even notice the temperature of the air.
Cool air moving into the nose,
Warm air moving out of the nose.
We aren't rushing the breath or controlling the breath.
We are just experiencing the breath.
Well done,
Little one.
I'll begin to mention parts of the body.
I invite you to escort my voice to the region of the body.
And even encourage that part to soften or possibly relax just like you did when you are floating in the fluid of the womb.
Know that you are safe and supported just like you were in that warm,
Soothing fluid.
Let's start at the very bottom of the body,
The feet.
Take your mind down to your right big toe.
Can you picture that right big toe?
And what would it look like to just allow there to be some softness in the right big toe?
And shift your attention to the left big toe.
Can you visualize it?
What would it take to find a little bit of softness or letting go in that left big toe?
And shift over to the right pinky toe.
And the left pinky toe.
The sole of the right foot.
The sole of the left foot.
The top of the right foot.
The sole of the left foot.
The top of the left foot.
The right heel.
The left heel.
Right calf.
Left calf.
Right knee.
Left knee.
Right upper leg.
Left upper leg.
Right hip bone.
Left hip bone.
Low back.
Belly.
Let's pause at the belly.
Just for a few moments.
What would it look like to witness the belly's response to each breath you take?
Can you sense the inhale moving down and allowing the belly to inflate?
And as the breath exits the body,
The belly settles down.
The rise and the fall of each breath.
Sensing the rise and the fall of the belly.
And then shift the gaze into the low back.
The middle back.
The ribs on the right side of your body.
The ribs on the left side of the body.
The upper back.
Chest.
Right shoulder.
Left shoulder.
Right upper arm.
Right elbow.
Left elbow.
Right wrist.
Left wrist.
Right thumb.
Left thumb.
Right pinky finger.
Left pinky finger.
The palm on the right hand.
The palm on the left hand.
The tips of the fingers on the right hand.
The tips of the fingers on the left hand.
The top of the right hand.
The top of the left hand.
Throat.
Lower jaw.
Right cheek.
Left cheek.
Lower lip.
The very tip of the nose.
Right eye.
Left eye.
Right eyelid.
Right eyebrow.
Space between the eyebrows.
Forehead.
Right ear.
Left ear.
The back of the head.
The top of the head.
The crown.
The whole right leg.
The whole left leg.
The entire lower body.
The whole right arm.
The whole left arm.
The torso.
The whole body.
Allow the whole body to continue to flow into ease,
Softness,
And into relaxation.
Give yourself space to adjust earth side.
Welcome the softness and the ease into your body so that your body and mind can rest and recover.
We're so happy that you're here.
You're doing such a beautiful job,
Little one.
