Through maiden mother,
Autumn woman and wise woman.
Your life spring,
Life summer,
Life autumn and life winter.
Together we will honour the wisdom of each season,
The woman that you have been and the woman that you are yet to come.
For they are the foundation of who you are today and who you are yet to be.
So I invite you to imagine that you are standing in the centre of a sacred circle.
And this sacred circle is made up of your life seasons.
So seeing your life seasons all around you,
Holding you and supporting you.
Your life spring,
Life summer,
Life autumn and life winter.
Sensing the earth beneath you,
The air around you and each season with its own quality,
Its own unique energy.
Knowing that you are safe here,
Held by the circle of your life seasons.
Taking a deep breath here so that you can feel this connection to the earth and the women who came before you and the women that you are yet to come.
And in a moment we will journey through each season with gentle,
Kind,
Curiosity,
Resting each season so that you might have a sense of connection and reconnection back home into yourself.
So with your next breath in and out,
I invite you to take a step forward into the season of your life spring.
These are your maiden years.
Taking your time to land fully and completely into the season of your life spring,
Your late teens to early twenties.
This is a time of hopefulness,
Vulnerability and curiosity.
And see if you can get an image of this woman that you've been,
The girl that you once were,
Full of curiosity,
Wonder and dreams.
See her standing there before you radiant and free.
And what does she look like?
What does she feel like?
And noticing your own energy,
Your own energy and emotions and feelings as you rest in her presence.
And see how it might be to offer your life spring,
Your love and your gratitude.
See if you might be able to thank her for the courage,
The joy,
The imagination.
Because she is the spark that lit the fire in your journey.

Take a moment to lay flowers at the feet of these women.
Offer them incense,
Honey,
And forgiveness.
Honor them and give them your silence so that you can listen.
And when you are ready,
Gently bringing your awareness back to the present moment.
Wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes.
Shaking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Gently opening your eyes.
Carrying the wisdom of this circle with you.
Knowing that you are supported by the women that you have been and the woman that you are becoming.
