Welcome to this open heart meditation which invites you to release tension connect with your breath and awaken the light of love within.
Through visualization affirmations and gentle healing energy you'll expand compassion,
Open to deeper connection and carry a sense of peace and unconditional love into your day.
So let's get started.
Find a comfortable position either sitting upright with your spine tall or laying down in a place where you feel safe and supported.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Slow breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth,
Letting your shoulders soften your jaws unclench and your body beginning to relax.
We're going to breathe in to the count of 4 2,
3,
4 We're going to hold to the count of 4 2,
3,
4 and we're going to exhale to the count of 6 2,
3,
4,
5,
6 We're going to continue this pattern for a few more rounds allowing your breath to draw you deeper into calming presence and deeper into relaxation in this nice pattern.
So let's breathe in 2,

6 Breathe in So let's imagine a beautiful golden light coming in from you to your root chakra Allow this light to travel towards your legs,
Into your ankles and feet and gently into Mother Earth Allow the light to travel up the spine through your abdomen,
Your chest into your neck,
Into your forehead and up through your crown chakra to the top of your head all the way up to your higher self It connects with your higher self with this beautiful golden light This beautiful,
Bright green or pink light whichever resonates with you With your imagination,
Allow this light coming back into your crown chakra into your forehead,
Relaxing and releasing the stresses of the day down into your jaws Relaxing and releasing any tensions you may be holding moving down to your throat releasing the tensions in your shoulders and your neck moving into your heart chakra Now gently bring your awareness to the center of your chest your heart space Imagine this light beginning to glow from your heart center With each inhale,
See this light expanding and with each exhale,
Feel it radiating warm through your body Stay here for a few moments to allow this light filled with unconditional love to breathe with you and radiate outward You're breathing in this amazing light of unconditional love and as you exhale,
You expand this unconditional love that you now resonate with out into the world This unconditional love is always a part of you Silently or out loud repeat the following affirmations I am open to giving and receiving love I am open to giving and receiving love My heart is safe My heart is free My heart is safe My heart is free Compassion flows through me with ease Compassion flows through me with ease With every breath imagine your heart light expanding beyond your chest feeling your whole body then the room then reaching outward like a gentle wave of energy feel yourself connected to all living things held in a web of love,

Or old wounds in your heart space Breathe into them with compassion Imagine the light melting away any protective walls dissolving fear and transforming pain into softness and strength This healing heart centered light is your beacon for unconditional love Embracing the knowing that you are always loved and accepted for who you are Understanding that the forgiveness and love that you desire is found right here within your own unique self and it is yours,
All yours to hold and embrace whenever you desire Take a few breaths to breathe in this knowing and seal it into your heart and your body When you are ready,
