Welcome for this guided meditation for resiliency,

Rising beyond the storm.

Take a few moments to find a comfortable spot,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

Make sure it's someplace where you can relax and be comfortable and not disturbed.

We're going to begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhaling out through your mouth.

So we're going to breathe in and slowly exhale.

Breathe in.

Slowly exhale.

Breathe in and exhale.

Feel the relaxation begin to move into your awareness.

Feeling more and more relaxed and at peace.

Allow your shoulders to drop.

Allow your jaw to soften.

Allow the rhythm of your breath to guide you into this present moment.

A space where strength,

Peace,

And healing live within you.

And with each inhale,

Imagine drawing in calm and courage.

And with each exhale,

Release the tension,

Fear,

And doubt.

Know that you are safe.

You are supported.

And you are exactly where you need to be at this moment.

Imagine gentle roots extending from the soles of your feet.

Reaching deep into the earth below you.

Feeling the earth's stability rising to meet you.

Steady,

Unwavering,

And strong.

As your energy connects with the earth,

You begin to remember.

Resiliency isn't about avoiding the storms.

It's about remembering that you are the calm within them.

Take another deep breath.

Feel your heart steady.

Feel your body remembering its own power to heal and restore.

Now,

Bring to mind a moment in your life when you were faced with a challenge.

Something that tested your strength,

Your trust,

Or your heart.

See yourself standing within that moment.

And notice the strength and the courage it took to simply breathe through it.

You may have bent,

But you did not break.

You may have fallen,

But you rose again.

That,

That is resiliency.

With each breath,

Whisper to yourself,

I am stronger than I remember.

I am wiser than before.

I rise beyond the storm.

Now envision a warm,

Golden glowing in your heart.

With every inhale,

This light expands,

Filling your chest,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Your entire being.

This light is your spirit.

Your resilience made visible for you to see.

It glows brighter with every breath,

Reminding you that no matter what arises,

You have the strength to meet it with grace.

So repeat after me,

Silently or aloud.

I trust my journey.

I am whole.

I am resilient.

I rise stronger each time.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

To the breath moving in and out.

To the steady beat of your heart.

Feel gratitude for yourself.

For every moment you choose to keep going.

For every tear that turned into wisdom.

And for the courage that continues to live within you.

Feel the loving warmth of gratitude and allow it to flow within you.

Take one final deep breath.

Inhaling light and exhaling peace.

Leaving this meditation knowing you are renewed.

You are grounded.

And you are unshaken.

You have strength and the ability and the resiliency to move through anything that you face.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and carry this amazing message of resiliency with you throughout your day.
